We were given a free upgrade to a higher floor which we really appreciated. The view from the balcony of the ocean was amazing, and also from the window in the bathroom while relaxing in the tub. We loved our stay here for two weeks, it was relaxing and a nice 5 minute walk to the bay station monorail. We visited Tokyo Disney and DisneySea multiple times, as well as Ikspiari where they had multiple shops and food options. The morning and evening buffets were so good, and the staff were always pleasant and helpful. If we ever visit Tokyo again in the future, we will definitely stay here again, we loved it so much we were dreading the day we had to leave. Thank you Grande Nikko Tokyo Bay for a memorable experience and trip! <3

Can not say enough about this hotel! We were so happy that we stayed there. less than a block to walk to the monorail OR a free shuttle bus to the monorail if you want/need that. The breakfast is exactly what everyone says it is, in short amazing! This hotel made the trip one of a lifetime!!!

The property itself is beautiful and clean. The only thing I wish they can accommodate more with Information around the area and also earlier check ins. And a shuttle to the airport or next transportation. But over all the stay was a beautiful experience.

Stunning stay.

The hotel is spotless with immaculate staff who go above and beyond. The location is perfect for the Disney resorts and the views of Tokyo Bay are incredible. We used our stay as a relaxing end to our holiday and can thoroughly recommend. The breakfast and dinner (which we had instead of breakfast as we had an early flight out) was gorgeous and plentiful with stunning views possible.

The hotel is only 5 years old and so is modern and clean. It also provides rooms with four beds which is a rarity in Japan

Spacious room with air conditioning. We loved the balcony view. The shop had a nice variety for convenience as well as a small disney shop for gifts. Would definitely stay again, especially if going tonthe disney parks

Great place and location in terms of visiting the Disney parks. But so far from other things. Had to use the Disney resort line to get to the train stations and overall we loved the stay, but would t stay here past our Disney days.
