"This is a great property IF the elevator works!!! We checked in and were told only one was working. We took our things to the room and left for dinner. We returned a few hours and NO elevators were working! We hiked 12 flights to the 6 th floor. The next morning we’re told it would be on a few minutes, so we hiked down( definitely easier than going up). We finished a nice breakfast and discovered the elevators were NOT working again. So…. We hiked up and then carried all our luggage down 12 flights to check out. We had booked through Hotels.com so were told we would need to contact them for compensation. We’ve tried for 3 days to talk to a person and that’s been impossible. I am primarily upset with Hotels.com for not providing customer service when needed!!!!! We have used them for years and never had an issue. The one time we do we can’t get a person!!!!"
