Stayed here a couple of days.. was really really happy with the room! It was absolutely beautiful!! All modcons, clean, bed next to a terrace door. All windows had blinds.. it was superb! Not too far from the center but there is a busstop right outside the lodge. Breakfast was good.. they made waffles! Staff was also very nice and helpful. Beautiful place, quiet.. would def recommend.

Old out dated, worn out and clunky heavy furniture. Uncomfortable couch in the living room and small TV's in both rooms. The T.V. didn't work in the living room and we had to call maintenance. Dull kitchen knives and hard mattress in the bedroom. The acting manager was excellent as I called her and she showed me the best suite that she had. Same old furniture and small TV's so we stayed where we were. Also, it was cool that weekend so we tried to turn on the fireplace. It didn't work. We called maintenance and he said we just had to start the pilot light. We tried for 20 minutes then called him back. He then informed us that the gas to the property was turned off. I said but I am cold. The front office offered us extra blanket! Really guys!

My 4th trip to Whistler, previously staying at Hilton and Aava. The suite was large and good value. Friendly staff. Style perhaps could be described as a little dated compared with a modern boutique hotel but I quite liked it still. Was quite on the top floor. I'll echo what others say about breakfast variety and seating, but I got chatting to other friendly guests. Excellent poolside, definitely the highlight of the hotel. I spoke with the guy maintaining the hot tubs and he clearly puts lots of effort in and they are the best (cleanest) I've used anywhere. No problem being a little out of the village. I'd happily return. I didn't read beforehand that there is a small official WB ski rental in the building, so can swap rentals etc which was a bonus.

this is a great property for families. And they are pet friendly. We had a 2 bedroom and everything is clean and well equipped. The only thing in our room ( 621) was the furniture is very worn out. The chair and couch had zero cushion left so very uncomfortable.

if you are planning on putting the kids on the sofa bed bring a foam mattress for on top to make it more comfortable ,other then that awesome stay. The complimentary breakfast was a nice surprise and definitely had a lot of choices for even the pickiest eaters.

Room was a little on the small side, but manageable. We had a one room suite. bathroom clean and modern enough. Hot tubs x2, hexagon, were great after Tough Mudder run. Location is up and out of town, but two free shuttle busses to the walkable Whistler Village made it fairly easy to get into the village for a stroll and access to the Peak to Peak gondola. the gondola ride was pretty sweet, we had a gondola for the 5 of us with room to spare, didn't do the Peak to Peak portion at the top because it was rainy and low visibility. Hotel breakfast was included, there was a waffle bar with cinnamon, syrup and whipped cream toppings. Cereal, granola, yogurt, dried fruit, toast bar, and cold boiled eggs (way overcooked and rubbery). Would have been better rated for more hot breakfast options. Staff were helpful with providing maps and giving directions into town. The Whistler village is about a 20-25 min walk down the side of the ski slopes on a mostly dirt trail, sandals might not be sturdy enough if you require even footing.

I like this hotel better in the winter.. much more fun to sit in the hot tub in the snow watching the gondola. The only things I didn't like was the pull out couch was uncomfortable and the pool was closed for maintenance, the breakfast was good

Took some friends out for a weekend away and we absolutely recommend this place! If you are looking at getting a hotel in Whistler either summer or winter this is the place! Dog friendly! Ski in and Ski out/ Hike in hike out! Such a beautiful spot, breakfast included, rooms are spacious and loved that a table in the room was available for games and socializing. Definitely will be back!

After a lovely trip from Kelowna to Whistler via Merritt, Illooet, and Squamish we arrived at our Hotel, Coast Blackcomb Whistler. A Lovely hotel, but needs some TLC...has been worn by the skiers etc. We were taken aback being asked for a security deposit of $500. It is not ski season, we are not 25 and partiers and really I have no idea how they could tell if something was ruined anyway. Guess there is always a first time but really!! Anyway we enjoyed our time and Whistler Village was very pleasant ( to be able to walk everywhere was terrific). The scenery was amazing but I have stroked it off the "bucket list" and onward we go.

Not recommended, the Hotel lies on their website claiming they have a pool and hot tub, but there not in working condition. Front staff did nothing about my complaint. I would not recommend this Hotel nor would I ever return.
