Beautiful Home on Fantastic Lot Flat to the water

This is a beautiful Lakefront Home that sleeps 10 comfortably. Lot is almost flat to the water with plenty of boat parking. Enjoy the peace-fullness of being on the quiet part of the lake but only 20 minutes to Bridgewater by boat and other amenities. Public boat ramp only 10 minutes away. House has all the bells and whistles including excellent WIFI. All TV's (4) are smart so you can access your Netflix/Prime/Hulu etc. Of course, Washer and Dryer and all the small kitchen appliances including regular coffee maker as well as Keurig. Laundry room also has a small commercial Ice-Maker. This machine produced up to 125 pounds of ice daily. What a relief to not worry about getting Ice for the coolers while on vacation. Home has 1 King bed, 3 Queens and a bunk room with 2 sets of twins.
Plenty of parking out front w/boat trailer parking on the street. We are absolutely pet/smoke free.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a dining table.

During the Summer Season (Memorial Day thru Labor Day) home is available for weekly rentals only.
Check-in is 3:00 pm Saturday - Check-out is 10:00 am the following Saturday. We are strictly pet/smoke free. No exceptions.
Please plan on bringing linens, towels and all paper products as we do not provide these items. We do provide pillow and spreads.
