This Place was so unbelievably bad . I checked into this hotel trying to get something cheap and that is what I got. My bed had stains on the sheets and when I called the desk the manager a night manager a gentleman never got sheets to me. I had to go to the desk and he handed me the sheets. Im like Im suppose to put the sheets on he looks at me like yeah of course you are I mentioned the smoke detector kelp beeping the battery was low. He goes in the cabinet and handed me the battery. Im like dude the smoke detector is at the top of the ceiling like you need a ladder. So a helper ultimately did the work. Outside this hotel people were hanging out everywhere I serious I was really scared it was bad. It was so noisy a fight broke out between some girl and her boyfriend outside my room. Im like should I check out now . This place is so bad never ever even think about going here I checked out early and dude had the nerve to say you have another night Im like Im getting the blank out of here he says no refunds Im like I don't give a Im out . Really this place should have no stars.
No doubt the worst hotel I have ever been in. We did not receive the larger room we paid for. Instead we were given a small room and they did not refund us for the difference despite me arguing and calling for several months after our visit. The staff were so disorganized it took them 40 minutes to check us in and find our reservation although we were the only people in line! The staff were very rude. The room was disgusting: broken furniture, no fire alarm and smelled like smoke. It was very dirty: stains on the wall, floor, shower curtain, light shades and sheets. We canceled our stay early and did not get a refund even though we expressed our dissatisfaction with the condition of our room. This place is a joke of a hotel. You would likely be more comfortable sleeping in your car than in this dump!
We were late making a booking and settled for this. It was run down, but not dirty. Breakfast was a joke and the breakfast area was uninviting. It seemed to be run by homeless people. I was told that the neighborhood was dodgy. We had no trouble. There were no sheets on the fold out bed.
Absolutely Horrible!!! Holes in the sheets, sheets on backwards!toilet appeared to be dirty, towels had stains in them, dirty floors, jacuzzi tub didn't work, had to change my own bedding, door was jammed had to open it a certain way...keys work for a few hours and had to get them remade.
This is the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. The rooms are disgustingly filthy, shabby and smell rotten. The environment is one like you see on an episode of 48 Hours or some other crime show drama. It is not safe to leave your personal belongings in your car at night or in your room during the day. The room does not get cleaned on a daily basis. The sheets, pillows and blankets are very old and extremely dirty. The smell in the room is enough to make you regret your decision to stay here,
i checked into the Garden Inn on the afternoon of July 4 for two nights planning to spend time with friends over the holiday. I was NOT informed that there was this "no refund policy"?? I had car trouble that evening and decided it was best to return home in case it got worse. I checked out at 10 a.m. on the morning of July 5 expecting the next nights lodging fee to be credited back to my credit card since I had to leave (most motels do this for an unexpected trip interuption). I was informed by the desk clerk that this was a refund and they had a NO REFUND POLICY on a prepaid room. I couldnt get her to reach a manager or even give me a number to call other than the motel front desk. I would not stay at a Garden Inn again. They evidently cant even reach their managers.
Excellent choice to stay for the money. Front desk staff strive to make sure that guests are treated royalty. They are concerned with you enjoying your stay and not just getting your money for the room. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Housekeeping staff are very quiet and polite because who wants to hear morning noise!!! They offer breakfast and they have a beautiful outdoor pool, and they also have internet access for guest plus they have a little convenience store setup at checkin just in case you forget something personal. Shopping malls & places to eat surround this hotel. You can even let your car rest and just walk around everywhere because of the convenience of everything. Thanks to all the staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My fiance and I stayed at this hotel for one night at the spur of the moment just to get away from the kids. We woke up the next morning and he felt something biting his leg. I really didnt think anything of it at first but then he jumped up. We go up and pulled back the sheets and there were small red bugs in the bed. I was terrified because I thought they were crabs at first . That was the absolute worst experience anyone could hae and they should be investigate by the Health Department. The receptionists mentioned there were other complaints about this so hopefully other people will come forwrd so we can have something doen about these people. We took pics and filmed alot of things in this room.So please be cautious about this hotel.
Nice hotel with friendly staff who ensured our stay was smooth. They have a good buffet breakfast, nice clean rooms with good linen. They are definitely one of the better motels in the area and are not pricy at all for the services that they provide such as pool, fitness center, wireless internet, cable tv, microwave, refrigerator and coffee pot in the rooms.
Staff is friendly and very cooperative, rooms are spacious and pleasant with cable tv and wire less internet, breakfast, deffinitely one of the better motels in the area, they have a good out door pool and is deffinitley good value for money.
