What you see in the pictures does not exist

The hotel is not five stars maybe three. It doesn't have a beach like you can see in the pictures. There is no elevator. You have to lift your luggage up the stairs. The room is large and the air conditioner and toilet were not working properly. After ten minutes we left. The price is very expensive and the value is very low. We don't recommend. The hotel owner refused to cancel the charge. Life is beautiful, we moved on.

Does NOT deserve a 4* ranking. Web site is very dishonest with many facts untrue. And as a warning, user unfriendly for elderly or disabled or families with small children as no elevator.No working restaurant, beach miles away,unhelpful staff.Nowhere to get drink or snack. Dirty pool. Car essential. We preferred to abandon our booking rather than stay there even though we are young and able. In live chat with Expedia who were also unable to talk to manager

Gastfreundlichkeit ist auf höchstem Niveau. Wir sind als Paar mit weniger Erwartungen dorthin, aber was uns dann tatsächlich erwartet hat, hätte uns nie in den Sinn kommen können. Saubere Anlage, immer ordentliche Zimmer, das Personal stets freundlich und zuvorkommend usw. Sehr sehr empfehlenswert.

Schönes Hotel

Es ist ein wunderschönes kleines Hotel, welches viele Annehmlichkeiten bietet. Einen kleinen Abzug gibt es in der Bewertung, weil zb es den beschriebenen Shuttlebus zum eigenen Strand nicht gab und die Massagedüsen im Pool defekt waren. Ein freier Stand ist aber in 5min Laufweg erreichbar. Ansonsten trafen wir auf freundliches Personal. Vielen lieben Dank.
