Det klammeste hotel jeg nogen sinde har været på

Der var på alle måder klamt og uhumskt. Jeg kan undre mig over, at jeg overhovedet blev - men ikke så længe som planlagt. De 2 nætter frem for 6 var mere end rigeligt! Vedligehold og rengøring var elendigt - det endte der bliver holdt ved lige er vist haven. Men den var også pæn. Det er umuligt at kommunikerer med personalet og de var derfor heller ikke til hjælp på nogen måde. Mit eneste råd er, at hvis ikke de vil bo et sted med skimmelsvamp så bliv væk.

Das Personal war immer freundlich und hat sich immer bemüht alles zu machen. Leider waren die Zimmer nicht wirklich sauber. Weder auf den Liegen noch auf den Stühlen draußen gab es Polster. Am Pool keine Sonnenschirme. Warmwasser gab es leider höchstens 5 min. Direkt vor unserem Zimmer war eine Baustelle. Leider eher enttäuschend trotz dem netten Personal. Leider hat sich auch Expedia nichts von unserer Beschwerdeemail angenommen ( obwohl Sie sich angeblich nach 48 Stunden melden) und so haben wir uns auf eigene Faust ein anderes Hotel gesucht.

It is in good proximity to Ubud (10 mins by transport) but very noisy from traffic. 1st room, Superior Room, bed was very uncomfortable, coffee & tea but no kettle. 2nd room Bali wood style, very dark inside, not clean, shower leaking no water pressure, even more noisy as closer to road & front desk. Bed was more comfortable. Had a kettle but no coffe or tea. Fridge was extremely dirty. OK for 1 night. Breakfast very basic & not much choice. No fruit. Had an excellent massage outdoor on the premises. Staff very friendly as usual! Though, we would not come back.

Good alternative to central Ubud. A little way out of town but has a free shuttle service. Very quiet at night. Rooms are spacious and quite comfortable. The bathroom was a bit outdated but again quite large. Bed was firm and comfortable. Breakfast is limited. Staff were very friendly. The pool is small but clean. Overall, good value for money

Vi havde den uheldige oplevelse at vi havde lejet en scooter på stedet og da vi skulle aflevere den, sagde de at vi havde lavet ridser i den... I stayed at Villa Mandi for three nights, 1 night in a Suite and 2 nights in a superior room. I had an ok stay in both. The grounds are beautifully maintained so it’s a lovely setting and it’s great if you want to be in more of a rural setting surrounded by rice paddies. The things I thought could be improved were; providing soap in bathrooms, block out curtains as they let so much sunlight and night light in, the tv in the superior room was tiny and in a random position, breakfast was basic compared to other similar villas I’ve stayed in around Ubud. The staff were friendly and generally helpful.

Loved our couple of night here in a beautiful private villa with private pool. Free shuttle into & pick up from main area in Ubud great but possibly could offer a couple more services through the day. Short taxi ride out from town - about $5aud Beautiful grounds, & friendly staff.

Hotel très bien entretenu, confortable et agréable, très calme. Le personnel est gentil, poli, discret, nous avons fait des sorties organisées avec l'hotel, tout s'est très bien passé. Hotel recommandable à tout point de vue. C'était notre premier hotel à Bali, et nous y sommes retournés 5 jours après car l'un de nos hotels choisis durant le séjour n'était pas bien. Le négatif est tout de même le peu de pression dans les douches mais l'eau était chaude donc rien de grave. Merci pour notre super séjour

Quiet and clean

It was a very pleasant stay. We consider ourselves lucky for finding such a nice and beautiful hotel in the event of promotion. One thing that can be taken for consideration is to provide a free flow water when guests are having breakfast at the restaurant. Just plain water would be enough or infused water if you want to be a bit classy.

Wir hatten ein traditionelles Holzhaus. Leider nicht zu empfehlen. Das Bad war dreckig und seit ewigen Zeiten nicht geputzt. Trotz Nachfrage war eine angemessebe Reinigung nicht moglich. Wir reisen seit Jahren durch Asien und hatten selten so eine Erfahrung. Schade. Es gab keinen Stuhl im Zimmer. Fruhstuck: 1 Scheibe Toast mi Ei ohne alles und Kaffee, sehr lieblos.

チェックイン時は手こずりました。エクスペディアのサイトにいって、部屋のタイプと値段を確認しないとダメみたいで、Wi-Fiをすぐにつないでもらって、予約の確認をしてお金も払ってからチェックイン出来ました。 レストランのボーイさんは一回で私の名前を覚えてくれて、三日間ずっと名前で呼んでくれました、感動的です。 部屋はプール付きのヴィラに二泊しました。結構広いプールできれいでしたが、なんせ虫が多く、ウスバカゲロウみたいなのが大量に浮いてて一度も入らなかっです。網でもあればよかったんですが… ロケーションはウブドの中心から車で10分程、１日数回、車で無料で送迎あり。 レストランの料理も安くて美味しかっかった、ナシチャンプルは45000ルピア15000ルピアでタックスもサービス料もかからず、その場で支払い要。 付いてる朝食は食パンかパンケーキを選んでジュースとコーヒーのみで、簡単なものでした。 静かで、のんびり出来るいいところでした。 定価の宿泊代金は凄く高く、80%オフで泊まりましたが、割安感はなかったです。80%引きで日本の都会のビジネスホテルに泊まる程の値段でしたので、あまり安くはないですね。

Overall ok, but only because of the discount.

The room was well presented, and the private pool was awesome, very clean and nice luxury to have. The house keeping lacked some attention to detail (gowns supplied on first night but not replaced, housekeeping entered room without knocking, rubbish not all cleared each day.) Breakfast was late twice and we had to ask repeatedly before it came, requested no bread due to allergies but was given bread on 3 out of 4 days. We booked the room at an 80% discount, and had we paid full price I would have been very unhappy with the quality of the service, but given the discount we paid decided it wasn't worth complaining.

9月に家族3人で4泊利用しました。デラックスルームでの予約でしたが、宿の厚意によりアップグレード頂き大満足の滞在となりました。このホテルはビーチフロントでは無いものの海岸まで徒歩1分でロケーションは抜群、付近には格安マッサージも沢山あるのでとても便利です。部屋の広さ、スタッフの対応、朝食（ビッフェ）、プール、そしてホテルでバイクも1日60,000rpで借りれるのでトータルでのコスパはサヌールでも非常に高いお宿でオススメです!!

Love this pave and the views!!!!

Had a great time here, driver AdI was great. WiFi was spotty, and I wish the free shuttle had earlier drop off times since 10am is a little late to get started for yoga etc. The guest pool was great with beautiful view, I walked to town, a lil trek but not bad. The private pools are not as pristine as pictured but still great!!! I'd give this place a 4/5. I'd love less firm beds and more free shuttle options. Tip: pineapple pancake is great!!! Adi (a driver there) is great to use for tours, very friendly and always smiles.
