If we could give more than 5 stars we would. The staff here are so wonderful! Every review I read before we booked this place said the same, and it's true. Ayung Resort is an exceptional property made even better by the truly kind, gentle, competent, helpful, friendly, lovely staff. The entire resort is well kept and constantly upday! Gardeners restaurant staff receptionists all were absolutely amazing. Restaurant views were stunning and food was fantastic! The resort and service are truly 5-star in every way! Our suite was nestled in the top of a rainforest - with minkeys coming over to our infinity pool for a visit! The suite itself was large, beautiful and very tastefully decorated. The amenities are superb. The staff is excellent- they note your preferences and keep them in mind. Best hotel I have every stayed at. Truly was a 5 star experience, when you arrive they serve you a drink and a scented towel and shuttle you with your bags to your room and give a tour of the room. Our villa had a private pool and there were 7 monkeys outside to greet us which was pretty incredible. The room was clean and spacious. The restaurant was our favorite part of the stay everything tasted incredible. Service was all around 10/10 every worker we ran into was incredibly kind. Would recommend to anyone.
