Tudo indica que irá melhorar

O hotel está em obras e isso causa desconforto. Por exemplo, as escadas para os pisos superiores não têm corrimão, o que dificulta a locomoção. O café da manhã é servido no quarto andar, o que exige a instalação de elevadores para clientes idosos e de baixa mobilidade. Tivemos a informação de que será instalado num futuro breve. Pessoal que cuida da limpeza diária dos quartos deixou a desejar. No mais, pessoal atendioso, especialmente Cristiano e Anderson.

Razoável. O local é bem simples. As roupas de cama e banho estavam bem judiadas. Não consegui dormir, porque duas pessoas ficaram conversando no hall próximo aos quartos e ninguém orientou para eles saírem de lá.
