Uma suíte sem mofo, próxima ao centro, com um café da manhã delicioso! O staff é gentil, educado e prestativo. A cama é confortável, o ar-condicionado funciona bem e há canais de TV. A roupa de cama e banho é limpa, perfumada e branca. O que nos impressionou foi a atenção no Natal: recebemos mimos e um cartão escrito à mão, o que foi de uma gentileza incrível. Foi minha segunda vez nessa suíte e com certeza voltaremos!

Uma suite aconchegante

Gostei muito da suíte! Os funcionários são super simpáticos e atenciosos. O café da manhã no quarto é uma ótima ideia, especialmente com suco natural, pão fresco e ovos mexidos. A roupa de cama e banho branca é muito agradável e a limpeza diária é excelente. A localização é perfeita, perto da praia e fácil de acessar. Sugestões para melhorar ainda mais: - Box de vidro no banheiro seria um toque especial - Uma TV Smart seria ótima para dias chuvosos - Secador de cabelo no quarto seria muito útil - Sabonete líquido para as mãos seria uma ótima ideia para reduzir o consumo de plástico - Investir em um bom colchão para garantir uma boa noite de sono - E uma dica para o café da manhã: cortar a banana no cacho em vez de arrancar, para que chegue fresca no quarto! No geral, a suíte é muito agradável e confortável. Com essas sugestões, seria perfeita!

Perto da Rodoviária de Ubatuba/Custo-benefício

Ótimo custo-beneficio, atendimento de qualidade e eficiência. O casal que gerencia a pousada está de parabéns! Super atenciosos e educados. A pousada fica a uma quadra de distância da rodoviária, a rua de trás oferece opções muito boas de alimentação e demais itens de conveniência. Em virtude de problemas elétricos, causados com a queda de um raio na propriedade eles tiveram perdas de alguns eletrônicos e eletrodomésticos. Mesmo assim, os responsáveis entraram em contato com antecedência e colocaram-se à disposição para resolver qualquer eventualidade. Eu optei por continuar a reserva, afinal, Ubatuba tem mais a oferecer que uma televisão no quarto rs DICA: a pousada oferece bike (com agendamento prévio). Vale muito à pena!
