The studio was the perfect place for our short stay. It was clean and spacious for the two of us and had a nice yard for our two dogs. The location in the beautiful Azalea Historic District was great, with several good restaurants nearby.The host communicated well throughout our stay. The studio is located behind the main house, which is also a short-term rental, and we even had the chance to meet one of the guests staying there.Overall, it was a great option for a one-night stay.

The host NEVER sent checkin info. Hours after ckeckin time I had to message that i was there and needed info. All i got was 'send agreement to your phone'. After signing i never received anything. Via email I messaged again and only gone that i was logging in with wrong email and to try another. I never logged in, just responded via message link in original email. After 5 plus hours we had to get a hotel room. I contacted the police about this and that we were scammed. I NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING ELSE FROM HOST. I NEVER RECEIVED CHECKIN INFO, SO WE DID NOT STAY THERE.The host is a scammer and should be ashamed for lack of responsibility to customer. I filed dispute with my CC company. VRBO should refund in full. I gave 1 star, but host should get an -2 stars. I want my money back and the host should be punished.

Super cute studio with lots of natural light! I read my books outside and it was wonderful having large trees and many animals to keep me entertained (squirrels and birds, and one brave cat). My two golden retrievers had plenty of space to roam a potty; I didn’t have to eagle eye them because it’s an enclosed space (as long as you remember to latch the gate!). The kitchenette had everything you would need (minus a microwave). The bed is firm and comfy. The couch is also firm but comfy. The entire place is super cute, honestly. We would stay again.
