Apartamento grande de 1 dormitorio que admite mascotas, a solo 1/2 cuadra de la playa

Sea View 3 es un gran apartamento de 1 dormitorio y 1 baño en una excelente ubicación. Disfruta de mucho más espacio para expandirte con 900 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable. Ubicado en la planta baja de un edificio histórico de Tybee con vista al mar desde el porche amueblado compartido. Ubicado a solo 4 casas de la playa y a 2 cuadras de restaurantes, tiendas, vida nocturna y atracciones como el Muelle de Tybee y el Centro de Ciencias Marinas.

La sala de estar cuenta con un sofá cama Queen, una TV de pantalla plana de 32 pulgadas con TV por satélite y una base para iPod con CD y radio. La cocina está totalmente equipada y hay mesa para 4 personas. El dormitorio se encuentra junto a la cocina y está amueblado con una cama doble y un sof�� cama doble con un nido y un televisor de pantalla plana de 19 pulgadas. El baño adjunto tiene una ducha de pie. También hay internet inal��mbrico disponible para su uso.

TENGA EN CUENTA: Ducha de pie solo en el baño (sin tinas), se proporciona 1 lugar de estacionamiento reservado. Debes subir 3 escalones para llegar a este nivel. La unidad admite mascotas pequeñas (menos de 25 lb) por un cargo adicional.

Este edificio histórico de apartamentos con vistas al mar fue construido originalmente en 1924 y figura en el Registro Nacional de Lugares Históricos. Cada unidad incluye el uso de servicios compartidos que incluyen: Dos niveles de grandes porches amueblados para que los huéspedes disfruten de la brisa del océano. El porche de nivel superior cuenta con una bonita vista al mar. Fun at Tybee

This was a great cozy place for my friend and I. It was a block from the beach and 2 blocks from all the great restaurants in the area. The place was quiet and quaint. Will definitely stay there again for my next visit to Tybee.

Very Nice Straightforward Property

A very nice place to come back to after exploring Savannah all day. Clean rooms clean bathroom, and on-site parking. Very good communication from the property manager before and throughout the stay.

Spring break getaway

This rental property is exactly like the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. The location to the beach couldn’t have been better! We parked our car and never needed it again the whole visit. Easy walk to pier, beach, restaurants. Would come again!

This is an older property with good upgrades. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Bath area has also been upgraded but needs a little more like safety grab bar for shower. Floors are good but not all level throughout unit. Busy street in the summer months but short walk to the beach and several restaurants.

Perfect Location

The property is very clean and decorated nicely. We parked our vehicle when we arrived and didn’t have to drive anywhere until it was time to leave. We were able to walk to most restaurants on the island and to the pier. The beach access is a short walk and although it was a holiday weekend, we had plenty of room on the beach to play. We will stay here again!

Great location!

Great stay! Loved the location/proximity to the beach! Super easy checkin and checkout. Only complaints are you have to walk all the way through the master to get to the bathrooms & the master tv is bad quality.

Check the bathroom...

This would be a 5 star review...if the added toilet room/shower was better. Great location, clean apartment(not a condo), attached parking, good shared laundry room and porch. As someone that travels a few times a year, the shower is something that can make or break the stay. This wasn't a deal breaker, but kept the stay from being a 5 star. Outstanding communication and great people to deal with. Tybee vacation rentals were good people

It was OK....

Some might like this house. Good location, very close to the beach with off street parking in a location where parking is hard to find. The cabinets kept opening and often hit me in the head. The ice maker did not work. The shower had mold between tiles and the drain cover came off with each shower. You could hear the person above walking around and snoring. There were only 4 wine glasses, and each one was different. The price was reasonable, and these were some of the reasons why.

A little more well used than it seems in pictures. Showering is like being in a cavern. AC wasn't checked to make sure it was working before we got there so we came into an 80 degree house. Fortunately repair was done within a couple hours. But was still annoying considered you don't get to check in until after 4pm. Was nice it is 4 houses from beach entrance and walking distance to pier and some restaurants.

Great location

Awesome location! Old home so, the ceiling creaked a bit with the upstairs tenants walking around., etc. Other tenants had some barking dogs. Other than that, everything was great.

Family Stay at Tybee Island

We enjoyed the location of the apartment as it was only a few houses from the beach and 1 to 2 blocks from restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean and accommodated our family well. If I had to mention a con, it would be the number of HUGE flies that kept getting in the cottage. The owners may want to do some additional spraying around the cottage to accommodate the beach flies. Lastly, some repairs need to be made in the shower. The drain was loose and the towel rack was too however, keep in mind that these are easy fixes and did not take away from the quality of our stay. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Property ok. Old but generally clean. Overrun with flies starting day 3. We did not have trash on the premises. Rental agency was attentive but didn’t solve the problems. We will not return.

Girls Trip

This was a long weekend girls trip(50 years)! We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect and we had easy access to the beach! We would highly recommend this property to others! We hope to be back soon!

My hubby and I were here july 5-8 2020. Nicely furnished...comfortable bed..great front porch ..easy beach access. Kitchen a bit old...but very clean. I would stay there again.

Coastal Soul Cottage

We absolutely loved this home. It was perfect size for us. The fenced back yard was perfect for our dog. We really enjoyed our stay here. Much much better than a previous visit at another rental. The master bed was very comfortable. House was very clean and was decorated so cute. Would definitely recommend and will likely rent this home again in the future!
