Large clean rooms, very modern decoration styling, heated indoor pool, and free full bar happy hour every day from 5pm - 6:30pm which includes beer wine liquor and soft drinks. Also the hotel is centrally located near multiple excellent restaurants which are all within 1 block. And the hole is only 1 mile from university of Alabama campus

Fantastic hotel. We loved the suite style room with a separate bedroom and pull out couch in the living room. The attached Side-by-Side restaurant was great as well the daily happy hour setup and breakfast. We'd definitely pick this hotel again.

We paid extra for a shut door bedroom. Upon checking in the male clerk state the hotelnwas renovated and no longer had them. When checking out, we saw housemaids cleaning the very rooms as the doors were open. Asked for a manager the manager did not resolve the issue. Lost money, and never got sleep fhe entire 3 night stay. What a nightmare of a hotel. Won't be back.

Arrived at the hotel approximately 2 hours before chicken and they still check this into our room which was very nice they definitely did not have to do that. When I booked the room I booked a premium king suite the most expensive room they offered for the night we stayed which upon booking stated it had water drinks and snacks in the room included with our stay. When we arrived at our room there was no water no snacks nothing but what you get at every other decent hotel. Someone from the hotel texted me approximately half an hour after we checked in just to make sure everything is okay and when I responded I stated that we booked a premium room that I was supposed to come with drinks and snacks and there were none in the room. The lady at the front counter that check this in just happened to be the same person texting me at this time and went round and round regarding the fact that we were on the 6th floor and there's no way I booked a premium room because they are all on the 8th floor even though the beginning of the description of my room that said premium which snacks and drinks for not that big of a deal until you make me make it a point. Did not accuse anyone of anything just one of my drinks and snacks for pain $260 for one night. SheContinued to say I was wrong for my entire stay.

The staff was accommodating and made sure we settled in smoothly. The breakfast was delicious, especially the omelette, and the workers made sure it was clean and satisfied. I will definitely be back.
