The stay was ok. The complimentary water in the lobby was out and we had to pay $3 for a bottle of water instead. The sink in the bathroom did not drain so water filled up until the water was turned off and then the water slowly drained. The pull out bed we had planned to use had fruit loops in it and the mattress pad was wadded up on it along with a throw pillow. The extra pillow for it we asked for did not have a pillow case.

Overall the hotel was well kept and the staff kind. Parking was plentiful. We did not attend the continental breakfast, but coffee was available at anytime and there are snacks and drinks available for purchase on the first floor. The pool was out of service at the time of our stay. The only issue we encountered was that the plumbing fixtures in our room were not in great working order. The cold water turn on turned when attempting to turn it on and took two hands to turn on the cold water. The tub spout, was loose. The tub also drained very slow and the water in the sink was never reached hot (far cooler than the tub). Overall 4 stars.

Literally one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Great breakfast. SPOTLESS room and lobby/dining area. The housekeeping staff and janitorial staff need a raise! 10/10. Front desk was very helpful, courteous and fast!

Great value, so comfy and the BREAKFAST! Stayed here visiting Univ of Alabama with my son. Less than 10 minutes from Campus, close enough but still quiet. Room was clean, very comfortable beds, spacious bathroom with plenty of towels. Everything you need in the room: mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron, hairdryer, etc. But the FREE breakfast was the star: eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, grits, yogurt & granola, cereal & milk, toast & bagels, fruit, and FRESH waffles. Anyone who has fed a 17-year-old football player knows: free brekky is key, and this one has it ALL. Happy kid = happy mama. And when I tell you, it was all under $120! Stay here!

Room was clean! Complimentary 24/7 coffee, tea and lemon water were a nice touch as well. The breakfast was great too. We walked to the river walk and it’s not a bad area at all. We felt safe the entire time we were here.
