Nice apartment but customer service a bit lacking

The apartment was nice and quite central. During my 2 day stay, I did not get the second set of beddings, as requested before arrival. There was also a power cut around 6am but emergency contact was only available from 10am, when i was due to check out. The instructions provided to reset this were not clear.
