Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (Presidential Decree 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: weighted average air temperatures must not exceed 19°C. The switching on period and the daily switching duration depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.

- From Turin Porta Susa Station you can reach the apartment by taking bus no. 55 to the "Caprera" stop, about 3 minutes on foot from the property.



- From Porta Nuova Station you can reach the "Arsenale" stop (6 minutes on foot) and take bus no. 55 to the "Caprera" stop, about 3 minutes on foot from the property.
