Stayed here over night for a girls get away. It was close to everything and clean. The beds were comfy and the staff was very nice. We enjoyed the pool and it was fairly well maintained, felt clean enough, could have used a quick skimming, but it could have just been late in the day and leaves had blown in. They did have towels out by the pool, however they are somewhat small, but you are allowed to use several in needed. Breakfast was good, and the staff was maintaining it well.(morning staff of June 14,17), but didn't get their names. Overall would stay there again and recommend.

We usually stay with Choice Hotels because they're clean and get the job done (sleep, breakfast and hit the road). The beds are usually very comfortable. This hotel was no exception to that rule. The staff at this hotel was pleasant. The community spaces pretty clean. Acceptable.

The room was average and nothing to brag about. I felt the cost was high but learned there was a big furniture show going on. I don't know whether I paid more (for not going to the show) or less. The fact the clerk asked my purpose for being there raised my suspicions. Tupelo navigation has always confused me. We had a difficult time finding ways to get to hotels. We could see them in the distance but had problems finding ways to reach them. Traffic was very busy making it difficult to be in the correct lane to make turns. I should have known something was going on when the Holiday Inn Suites was booked. The hotel next door (Candlewood Suites) required an extra deposit refundable in 7 days (unacceptable just on principles). After we booked Comfort Inn, when we went to dinner we saw several others we would have preferred.

We were very pleased with our stay at the Comfort Inn, Tupelo. We were greeted with a warm welcome from all of the staff at the front desk. Check in and check out were fast and efficient. The common areas inside and out were clean and well-maintained. Our room was neatly organized, comfortable, and clean. The bed was comfortable, as well. Despite being sold out due to the Furniture Market and concert goers, it was relatively quiet during the night and early morning while we were there. A manager's reception was offered in the evening with beverages and snacks. A breakfast was included and looked to be typical of the "breakfast included" at many chain hotels, but we didn't eat on this trip. I might not have booked here except that many other hotels were sold out. I'm glad that we did and we would definitely stay again. No need to spend double when you can get good quality and a fair price. Thanks Comfort Inn and staff.

When making this reservation by phone, the person we talked with was very nice and friendly. When arriving, the young lady at the desk was also very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable, Breakfast was very good and plenty of tables to eat on.

The thing that strikes you as you walk into the cozy lobby is the friendly welcome and a open ice cart stocked with free beer! Okay, otherwise it may be your typical popular priced hotel with slightly worn hall carpet, but the details are pretty amazing. Newspapers, yes; free beer, yes, extra toiletries, yes; comfortable beds, yes; huge channel selection on TV, yes; free breakfast of bacon, grits, eggs, biscuits, juice, yogurt, coffee... YES! I've stayed in many hotels that are much pricier and no where near as nice. They need to give the morning and night clerks a promotion. Great job everyone.

We are here from the UK for a 5 month road trip, so we are looking for bargains in nice parts of town. This was our 12th hotel in 3 weeks, so we know what to expect now, We always look for free parking and wi-fi and this hotel had that, The area was nice, not really anywhere you could walk, but it felt safe. The hotel was clean and well presented as was the room. It was a shade smaller than we have had in other places, but this wasn't a problem for us. The hotel has a small pool area which looked quite inviting, but this was closed, possibly because of the time of year? My only complaint about the room would be that the walls are quite thin so you could hear other guests. I think the thing that set this place apart were the reception staff though. We have grown accustomed to 'Southern hospitality', but the 2 ladies on the front desk were the nicest yet and it felt very genuine. It was very nice to be welcomed in such a way and hope they are appreciated by the managers of this place.

Room was decent size, quiet and clean. It had a nice desk to work at. Breakfast was not good and eating area was small and too warm. Watery coffee and juice. Comfortable bed but bathroom had weird layout. No problems during our stay.

I stayed there with a friend of mine on business. We had a king suite. It was nice size with a pull out couch. TV was nice size. The bathroom was all in one. What I mean is that the sink, shower and toilet was all in one room. The room was good all In all. But the breakfast that was another story. Not so good. I'm not sure where these hotels are getting these fake eggs that kind of resemble a fried egg..... but they are nasty to say the least. The bagel was good. Lol. The Orange juice was hot. Grosssss. Anyway I would stay here again but not eat there. If this review helps please let me know. Thank you (-:

Four days before Christmas, I expected a bare-bones staff and minimal service. To the contrary, general manager Amanda Daniels and her team rolled out the red carpet for those of us traveling for the holiday. My mother and I were greeted with warm smiles, friendly hugs and goodies from the staff party. The hotel parking lot is neat and well lit. The interior of the hotel is well-maintained and thoroughly clean. Our room was immaculate and fully furnished with all the amenities listed on the website. Whenever we travel through Tupelo in the future, I look forward to staying here again. Excellent value for price.
