Awesome from reception to departure. A lovely stay.

Nice, quiet, conveniently located to food, shopping and business. Extra parking in cinema lot behind hotel. Breakfast and staff were very good.

Our stay here was okay, although there were several things that could be improved in the bathroom area. For whatever reason, there was a motion activated exhaust fan (but not light) which we found to be extremely annoying because it would come on and off as you move from one side of the bathroom to the other. There was a strange sewer-like smell in the bathroom the entire time we were there and the shower curtain barely met the edge of the tub in length. The hotel was decorated nicely for the holidays, but the breakfast options could be expanded and improved. Also, we told our daughter for days that she'd be able to swim in the indoor pool (which was poorly lit), we got ready, went down and it was so cold that we couldn't even put our feet in. Disappointing that the heater wasn't kept on regularly for guests. It's not a bad hotel but we'd probably choose another one next time.

The service was very good, very good breakfast. Everything was great but the only thing I can say is that the physical facility was very generic and I felt that the price was too high for what was offered. I paid $ 141 for a one-night double bed room and that is a little high. I was a little disappointed because I was told that this was "the best motel in Tupelo".

Tv channels were freezing and breaking up. It was difficult to watch the World Series game with that happening. Also used a lot of phone data due to wi-fi not working. We checked out a day earlier then we planned.

We had a fantastic stay, not one thing to knock. Super clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was great. Convenient to everything. Twelve minute drive to our ultimate tournament at Ballard park. This is where I always stay in Tupelo and looks like always will!

Fantastic- completely unexpected! We had never been to Tupelo, and weren't sure what to expect. From check-in until our departure we were very impressed with the accommodations and amenities. One minor issue at check-out dinged our staff rating, but it was the result of front desk personnel's frustration due to computer failings. Overall, we would definitely recommend this property!

Our checkin was handled very efficiently by Justin. Our room was very clean and very spacious. The breakfast was good and there was a variety of hot items from which to choose. We were in Tupelo for a wedding and this location was perfect. The only negative is the one elevator which is very busy for 4 floors.

Our room was very clean the staff was so nice. The complimentary breakfast was great and they made sure to have enough food through the 10 am breakfast time (most places run out early, especially on weekends). The pool and gym looked nice but we didn't use them. All staff members that we encountered were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in a great location and is near lots of restaurants and shopping. We'd definitely stay here again.

Found this hotel to be a great stop over on our way to Branson, MO. Clean and attractive, conveniently located near a shopping center with a variety of places to dine.

THE STAFF WAS VERY ACCOMADATING AND HELPFUL WITH THE MANY CALLS WE MADE TO THEM WHEN ARE FLIGHT WAS CANCELLED WITHOUT NOTICE. THEY TRIED MANY WAYS TO GET US THEIR AND HELPED US ON OUR WAY OUT NEXT MORNING. BREAKFAST AWESOME. POOL WONDERFUL AFTER VERY STRESSFUL DAY. STAFF TOPS.

Staff were very nice and efficient. Helpful in providing directions and restaurant recommendations. Location was convenient to restaurants and shopping. Excellent experience.

I've stayed in many Best Westerns, in the past four decades, and this was by far the best! Staff was friendly, cooperative, and informative; room was excellent; location was convenient; and the fact that we were able to relax, while there, was icing on the cake. Well done!

The late night staff at this hotel was welcoming and courteous when I finally arrived in, and they helped me with all of my accommodation needs. The room was comfortable and pretty. Breakfast was nice too!

I was a little nervous was able to get the hotel for around $80/night , maybe because I was spending 3 nights. I really didn't know what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised. I had a beautiful room and it was spotless. Will definitely come back here.

Very enjoyable and comfortable stay with pleasant and helpful staff.

This was a beautiful hotel. The room was amazing and my son really enjoyed the indoor pool. On the other hand it was very noisey. The people in the room above us had kids that seemed to be using the room as a playground. I understand it's a hotel and there is gonna be some noise but kids running around and jumping till 1am is too much. There was also some people in the parking lot having a party till nearly 2 am I called the front desk but didn't get much help there. I 'll probably stay somewhere else next time

We stopped here on the way to Florida and it was perfect. Fantastic location. Many new restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is new and has a nice feel to it. Staff was very friendly.

We stayed here as a pit stop to Destin, Fl and it was awesome! Hotel still looks and feels brand new! Beds were comfortable, pool was beautiful with the lighting, breakfast was hot with many options and everyone was very friendly! Right next door to Chilis, shopping and other restaurants as well as right down the road from Walmart. It was a short drive to Elvis' birthplace wich was also interesting to see. Would highly recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

My 3rd stay and will be back for my 4th stay. Everything perfect in all aspects of a hotel stay.
