The room was clean, but usually in a size room like it was, the towels, were clean but should have had more, to last more thantwo days. Heater was ok, but sometimes hot then cold...but all in all it was a nice mini vacation, hopefully when we return in the summer all the kinks will be worked out...TY Black Oak Staff...peace

I was very impressed with the rooms , they were very spacious and the bedding and pillows were like being at home . The bowling alley , the arcade are fabulous for the younger crowd . Overall this hotel is well maintained.
