The Space:
Amira District, a luxury community, is like nature's best friend, blending right in with the jungle vibes. We've got lush jungle gardens, swimming pools connected by channels that flow together like a river, enchanting outdoor spots, and so much more! And don't forget about the rooftop swimming pools, deck spaces, and outdoor parking – we've got it all covered! It's like living in paradise but with all the bells and whistles.

As you step inside, you're greeted by a roomy open design that seamlessly blends the sitting area, the kitchen and the dining area together for quality time together. The sitting room has a cozy sofa facing a Smart TV and floor-to-ceiling glass doors that allow you to look out over the lush Mayan jungle and give access to the balcony. The well-equipped kitchen features all the essentials to prepare basic meals, and there is a dining table and stools at the breakfast bar to enjoy a sit-down meal. On the upper level, there’s a second sitting room also with a sleeper sofa and Smart TV. Once you’ve reached the roof, you’ll find a private pool where you can spend time when you’re not exploring the area.

When it’s time to rest and recharge, there are 3 bedrooms with king beds, 2 of which have ensuite full bathrooms. To help ensure a good night’s sleep, the rooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans, and room-darkening curtains.

The Neighborhood:
Our spot in Tulum is near all the action. With a short drive, you'll be in the middle of a treasure trove of awesome restaurants, shops, and fun stuff to do. And guess what? The famous Tulum Mayan Ruins are just a hop, skip, and jump away, only 5.7 km or 3.6 miles down the road. Whether you're a food fanatic, a shopaholic, or an adventure junkie, our neighborhood has it all. Come on over and get a taste of the very best Tulum has to offer!

Getting Around:
The property is about 45 km or 28 miles from the Tulum International Airport (TQO) and 121 km or 75 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN).

Other Things to Note:
You must climb stairs to access the pool inside the apartment.
There is no daily housekeeping, but if you’d like the place cleaned, it can be arranged for an additional fee. Please message us at least 24 hours in advance, by 5 pm the day before the service.
There is no elevator.
Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

WE KINDLY ASK ALL GUESTS TO ABIDE BY THESE HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed at the property, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.

Easy booking, check in, and check out. Easy communication with host. No issues during stay. Beautiful and clean place. Private and shared rooftop pools are amazing to have right there. Great location within 10-15 minute drive of beach, downtown, Mayan ruins, cenotes, clubs. Also very close to a large store that has everything you need for your stay - food and whatever you forgot to pack.

Tulum oasis

The Amira condo was amazing. We loved the private roof pool where we could look at the ocean and the jungle. The only downside was the wifi never worked and the property management did not resolve it in the time we were there. That said, we were not there to stare at phones but to explore Tulum and we had a great time.
