The hotel is pristine, the staff are so friendly and the rooftop pool is fabulous. The hotel has a great, relaxed vibe where you can go out and explore for the day then come back to somewhere safe, clean and quiet and get some rest. The staff are incredibly helpful and really go above and beyond to help you have the best stay.
The hotel is located in an area of Tulum that seems a large construction zone. The establishment itself is really nice and clean, with a rooftop pool and chillout area. Reception staff was always eager to help and very friendly. What irritated me: - Posted the "Please Make Up Room" sign at 10am and came back from an excursion at around 3pm. Room still wasn't done. We really didn't wanna go out again soon se we decided to go for a siesta and nap for half an hour or so. Suddenly, the maid rang twice (in a time span that wouldn't allow you to get dressed and go to the door) and then just entered the room. I've been in a fair share of hotels but never experienced that. - Informed reception about the safe being low on battery. They asked if I would stay in the room in order for the janitor to come by and replace the batteries. Waited in the room for twenty minutes, nobody came. Went down to reception, the lady was told by the janitor that he's already exchanged the batteries (woa I've never seen an invisible janitor). So he had to come again. - This might just irritate me because I don't hail from a place where tips are deeply embedded in society: Breakfast was included in the room rate, so I - as a simple man - don't go to have breakfast with any money on me. After eating, we received a bill amounting to 0.00 but with the server highlighting the lower part, where it's written that gratuities aren't included. Think what you want to think, but I don't like that. This review would have been a 3-star review, but I didn't want to be too rude, since I reckon this hotel is fairly new and still has to learn a bit. Again, the room was very clean, which is the most important thing to me.
Very cute and comfortable boutique hotel with a great rooftop swimming pool. Staff was amazing. Very helpful and friendly. The only drawback is that it is in an up and coming area called Aldea Zama and there is not much there yet. You are a short taxi ride to the beach or town and you can bike there as well.
We stayed at this Hotel for 6 nights last week. It's in an up and coming area called Aldea Zama. Paved streets, street lights and very safe. A few good restaurants in a 5 minute walk and not much else. New condos are being built close by, but no big deal. The Hotel is new. The front desk staff was super friendly and all spoke English. Our Suite was great. Well appointed and clean. Housekeeping daily and evening turndown service. Extra water and towels, no problem. Rooftop pool was awesome. Plenty of covered beds and chaise lounges. The guys were always checking in to see if we needed a cold beer or something to eat. Very friendly. Not like we were putting them out. The food was really good. We had breakfast included. Lots of fresh fruit and house made baked goodies. You can order off the menu as well. Good lunch options. Shrimp tacos, guacamole and yes a cheese burger. The chef was very accommodating to special requests. We ate some lunches and all dinners in "town." They will call you a taxi. $100 pesos each way. Plenty of taxis on the strip. Too far to walk. Worth the 10 bucks round trip. The Hotel has lots to bikes to use for free. However I would not ride to the beach. A good 30 minute ride, hot and humid to no end. Overall, yes I would stay there again. Well run by people who care.
My boyfriend and I had a fanatic stay at hotel Naay. We booked the hotel last minute after a bad Airbnb experience and so finding this hotel was amazing. It’s kind of in the middle of nowhere but a short cab ride to downtown tulum and the beachfront where a lot of great restaurants are. There’s hotel staffing the front desk 24/7 i believe and they’ll call you a cab. Jozafat, who works at the front desk, was particularly helpful and friendly! He helped us book a day trip to the biosphere (our favorite part of the trip) and gave a lot of great recommendations. There’s also a pool on the roof of the hotel which came in handy seeing as the beaches were covered in seaweed! Overall, it was a great experience and we would absolutely stay here again!
This is a relatively new hotel in an area where they are doing construction. The rooms are nice and modern, very clean. This hotel has some nice amenities, including very good breakfasts and a rooftop pool.
We stayed for a week in the master suite which was very spacious with two rooms and bathrooms. The hotel is nicely decorated and very clean with your room being cleaned/tidied up twice a day. Pool area is very relaxing but due to the large development work in the area the view is currently being disturbed by a new building and every morning you are awoken by the building noises. Perfect location for relaxation with only a 10-15 taxi journey into tulum and beach area. The free bikes are perfect to hire and head out for the day and is understandable why you aren’t allowed them after 6, there is no street lights so it is for your own safety. Breakfast was amazing each day which wonderful helpful staff, however on second to last day they changed the menu with no pre warning, which meant what we’d been having for free was now chargeable. Pancakes and avocado on toast are a must! In a couple of years this area will be very busy but right now be prepared for limited restaurants and willing to pay for taxis. One recommendation for me would be for small chairs to be supplied on the balconies, so at night you can sit and have a drink when everywhere shuts.
Last month my daughter and I were fortunate enough to pick your beautiful hotel for our trip to Tulum..beautiful suite, robes for the amazing rooftop pool and a beach bag with towels for our beach excursions. BUT, first and foremost was your staff. Omar at the front desk..his kindness and willingness to help with my passport problem along with recommendations for restaurants, cenotes, beaches and a boat excursion was invaluable. Then there was our incredible breakfast each morning served by Etzael and Nicolas. They were so engaging, and professional...such gentlemen. Thank you for an amazing trip. Elissa and Natalie Madre y Hija Will see you again
I just want to say the service from every member of staff throughout our stay was impeccable. All three at reception - Ricardo Zamora Young Raul Rodriguez Alejandro elizalde Thank you for your kind, warm-hearted and helpful service throughout! Yes the hotel is about 10-15 minutes from the beach, however the staff were amazing at supplying quick and easy taxis whenever we needed one. They also advised how to save us money (always paying in pesos). We didn’t know this and realised half way through how much cheaper it was. Cab ride to the beach was always 200 pesos which is only about £8 /or $10. Being from London, trust me... that is cheap lol. Lastly... it was the finer details we noticed that made a difference to us such as the cleaning / room service team. They were so sweet and ensured our room was kept clean at several times of the day. But I mean we would come back from lunch and even though the room had already been cleaned that morning, but our charging carbs were folded, and little chocolates were laid around... or, wet shorts from the pool were put up to dry... little things like this is just very considerate and it was always a nice surprise to come back to. And in regards to security? You have nothing to worry about. I’m very very wary myself and the fact I felt comfortable leaving thousands of pounds worth of camera and laptop gear about says a lot. Highly recommend this hotel!!! You’ll see! (:
My wife and I spent one night at the hotel. There is a very nice roof top with pool and bar. The staff is amazing and the service as well. The location is 5 minutes by driving from the beach at very nice neighborhood. Highly recommended for couples that look for boutique hotel at Tulum
