Well located from the ADO station—way to travel in Mexico—and Main Street tulum

I love this place! It’s quaint, clean and friendly. The location is central and the people are welcoming.

We loved our stay at the Maison Tulum! It is a charming, friendly place to stay in the heart of Tulum. I loved that they have Wanda, the resident dog and a couple of sweet cats. It felt safe and was not very loud, even with our window open all night. We rented the bikes and went to the beach every day, and even rode to a couple of cenotes. We enjoyed visiting with the staff and others at Maison. Thank you for a great stay! We will be back in March!

We had a great time the staff was very helpful, and they treat us very well, the front desk was outstanding, Guillermo is very knowledgeable and helpfull.

Maison Tulum is an amazingly charming place with a homey feeling to it!!! You can tell that the owner put a lot of effort and love into every detail! My husband and I also loved the location of this hotel, which is within a walking distance from the beach, restaurants, cafes and all the little cute shops. We fell in love with this place from the very moment we set foot in it!

We stayed for 15 nights at Maison Tulum. Guillermo greeted us when we arrived. We were later than expected, but he was gracious and accommodating. We were in the penthouse on the third floor that had a great little balcony. It included a safe, fridge, plenty of closet/drawer space, and filtered drinking water which was such a convenient benefit. The hotel includes a beautiful rooftop terrace with these pretty plants/flowers and hammocks. It also includes a restaurant on the first level so we could always grab a coffee or meals. It always felt safe, and we appreciated that the front gate was locked with only guests having access. Guillermo was really helpful with our questions about getting around and exploring Tulum. If you are lucky, you might see some of his pets. The rest of the staff was wonderful too. Can't wait to come back!

This was the second time I stayed here, and I loved it even more this time. The whole feel of the place is delightful and charming - from the abundant greenery to the sweet cats, turtles, and parrot on premises, to the relaxing terrace on the roof. The hotel includes an easy two-block walk to the main street, beach cruiser bikes to rent for a reasonable price, cozy beds, plenty of bottled water, a great restaurant and bakery. The owner is super helpful and kind, and so are his employers. It is a wonderful spot from which to enjoy Tulum!

This hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly, it is located two blocks from the bus (ADO) terminal. The only downside is that is about 10 minutes away from the beach by taxi, so if you are looking to stay close to the beach this isn’t an option for you.

If you are not planning beach vacation this hotel might work for you. Two min walk distance to the Main Street with all shops, excursions, restaurant, ATM etc. Small, clean with its own cafe on the first floor. Convenient in the matter of parking. If you are looking something quite it would be definitely wrong choice. Noise outside is constant. Staff was great. Very nice, friendly and helpful. Room was always cleaned up, with fresh towels.

Totally chill B&B only two short blocks from Carretera 307, or the main drag of Tulum. Plenty of safe street parking around MT, and Guillermo, the host, may well be The Most Interesting Man in the World, taking the helm from the Dos Equis guy. Seriously, Guillermo is great; he'll do anything for his guests and he knows Tulum inside and out, so follow his suggestions. MT is a pretty comfortable option in a town where everything is close by, but you really benefit from having a car. Beach is only about a 15 minute drive (not because of the distance--it is much closer, but there are HUGE speed bumps all over the place, so watch out!).

Really enjoyed the outdoor jungle motif, with the mosaic and glass decor. The terrace with the hammocks was a beautiful place to relax and take in Tulum life. Centrally located to downtown Tulum was a great spot to explore the city from. If you want a quaint place to stay especially for a romantic get away this is a fabulous spot!!

Friendly staff. Clean rooms with plenty of space for an extended stay. Great food and pastries at the hotel restaurant. Super value with the three room suite!

This quaint little hotel is a lovely respite just off the main street in Tulum. The well-informed manager and tasty cafe are bonuses to the tastefully decorated rooms - and air conditioning!

Best value in tulum. Nice safe location in arms reach of everything tulum has to offer.

Last stop on Yuc peninsula road trip. Only stayed one night. Checked all the boxes. Good price, room was spacious and clean, close to the ruins (so we could get there first thing in the AM), and easy parking (no lot/garage but plenty of free street parking). Breakfast was not included in our rate but the restaurant is very affordable. The best part was your stay includes full access to all the amenities at the Papaya Playa Project. So nice to hit the beach after a hot morning exploring the ruins. Room comfort got a just ok rating because the room was very stuffy even with the fans and A/C and the bathroom floods easily - can be attributed to user error. Tip - huge grocery maybe a 1 km away if you need to stock up on anything.
