Compared to other hotels in this area along the interstate in itss price range, it was above average and met our requirements for an overnight stay. We travel this route frequently, and we would not rule it out for a future visit.
Had multiple rooms around us smoking. Shower leaked onto the floor
pleasing
Very friendly staff and the service was excellent
Hotel was run down and had mold in the bathroom. Would definitely use orbitz again butnot forthat Hotel.
The whole hotel had a sour smell including the room. The parking lot was full of trash lying around. Nice to have a hot tub. The breakfast was hot and the gal serving it was sweet.
very clean and sanatized, had on site parking with officer patrol and staff was very friendly.
The attendant was not professional at all, she complained when people started showing up. She was eating mac n cheese while at the desk... She wasn't masked, and she was spitting while she talked. I can't eat mac n cheese because of how disgusted I was with that experience. We went upstairs and the heater didn't work, so we came down, where the same lady.. ( found out her last name is Miller ) was helping a worker while getting his employers credit card information. The employer was on speaker and seemed annoyed at the fact that she had to repeat her credit card information. If it were anyone else, this credit card would have been stolen. We heard this employers whole card number... Not once... Not twice but four times, including the expiration date. It was an incredibly bizarre experience. I'm certain that the person who own the credit card would have immediately requested to be taken off speakerphone had they known there was a lobby full of people listening to them continually repeat their credit card information. This employee was highly unprofessional. I did not feel safe at this hotel. I had to spray disinfectant and wipe down the room before we slept in it or remove our masks. I would not stay here again!
It seems like an older hotel but it is very clean and the rooms are nice. The breakfast was pretty good!
We were unable to use the spa or pool, which was the main reason why we stayed there. There were a couple of lower class gals there with 15 (not kidding) children. They were eating in the spa, screaming, having a great time, but there was no room for us
This is just a good place! Spa and pool very fun and clean
Shortly after checking in, we checked out! It was that bad. There is no way this hotel deserves the rating of 3.8 that was on the website when we booked. I should've turned and walked away at the moment I had to repeat my credit card number to the clerk. I didn't understand why she wasn't using an electronic reader. She said it wasn't working. At one point she looked upset and ready to "cry" so I calmed myself and read it to her again. When we went to our room, I already had a feeling it wasn't going to be good, so we didn't even bring in our stuff. We walked through a hellway, I mean hall way, and opened our door. We go hit in the face with a horrifying smell. The room was dark, even after we turned on the light... then immediately said NO WAY, and turned around and went back to the lobby. After telling the clerk I wanted a receipt showing a "zero" charge to my card. I had already pre-paid it, so it cost me full price, but I wanted to make sure she didn't charge me the deposit. She told me she didn't even run the deposit until after I saw the room. (What????) Also said she couldn't close out the room until after midnight, and would e-mail me a receipt. (Which I still have yet to receive.) I'm watching my credit card for fraudulent activity. Hoping nothing shows up. I've trusted Orbitz with their reviews for years, but from now on I will definitely examine reviews on other sites too. In my experience, this hotel should be rated about 1.5 (maybe less). VERY DISAPPOINTED.
The breakfast was terrific! The room was larger than expected. It was very comfortable overall.
Easy access rooms clean and comfortable. Nice lounging area and breakfast
The breakfast served was really great, lots of options. I would have preferred a different mattress, as mine was a bit lumpy and too soft. But overall I will stay there again when in Tulsa.
Our stay there was fantastic , room is very clean ,breakfast was good, the only thing I did not like was trash left in front of the right side exterior door the swimming pool side, this trash was there for the duration of our stay,l will recommend the cleaning personal to check on the exterior entrance for trash
