Everything worked out as expected. I would stay there again. The front counter person, Grant, was super helpful and went out of his way for me.
This was a leisure trip to ride the bicycle lanes along the river. The hotel was located perfectly being near the Katy Trail which connects with the River Trail. It is an excellent place to launch bicycle rides in and around Tulsa and Sand Springs.
Got into room and no hair dryer, but obtained one next day and food was low for breakfast, if you waited close to 8:30. Overall, nice and would stay again!

Avoid room 118 if you actually want to sleep without hearing your neighbors entire conversation. Need to hire new housekeeping, because the rooms were gross.
In my first room the TV had no signal and phone did not work. Clerk was friendly and moved us to another room . Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Toilet had yellowed seat and ran for an hour after flushing. Shower had good pressure but water was lukewarm at best. Towels looked clean but smelled like smoke..uuugh!. There was an irate customer in the hallway saying he was leaving because of bed bugs. I was very disappointed. Very very. Disappointed. I hardly slept we should have left like the guy in the hallway said. I would not stay there again.

We had a downstairs room with outside access which was a big plus for my husband who smokes and goes outside to do it. Close to the high school which is where we were going.
Hotel was better than expected. Bed a little hard. Not much in the way of breakfast. Staff was awesome.
We got a great deal on a room with a hot tub and when we got to our room we found that there was a second jetted tub in the bathroom, not a hot tub but a jetted tub. The only bad thing we could say was that the tubs were noisy but we were just planning on soaking so this was not an issue for us. Loads of towels also.
I needed a relaxing three days and I found the perfect hotel which was also very clean
Enjoyed the motel very much. Could have used a coffee pot in the room--not sure what happened to the pot as the rest was there!!! Also, 2 wash cloths with 4 people, just doesn't cut it!!! Really liked the blue towels. Breakfast was great. Front desk people very nice. Will probably stay here again if the need arises.
The only problem we had was that I did not request a downstairs room and we are seniors. Overall the stay was quite nice and we were very comfortable in our room.
