Always extremely pleased with sleep in hotels. Staff is exceptionally helpful, breakfast is amazing, beds are comfortable and rooms are clean! Moved to a hotel next to this one for an additional night, which was a horrible, disgusting experience. Highly recommend this location.

Bathroom door broken off the hinges (if they cleaned well enough they would’ve seen the screws laying on the floor). Shower has no hot water. Hot tub doesn’t heat, pool was disgusting with things floating all in it & obviously hasn’t been clean in a while. Ice machine is broken. Asked to move rooms & was told because I “touched” things in my room they can’t give it to a different reservation so they can’t move us. I asked for maintenance to come fix our shower & door & they won’t call them until tomorrow after we check out. All in all would never book here again.

Tv didnt work in the rooms 305. I could have gotten around that alone but I was with family. We were given another room. In 2nd room 309 shower was dirty and the shower door was about to fall off the hinges and the toilet was leaking. After moving already, I just dealt with it. Front desk was on the phone in the back when I arrived. Almost had to yell to get someone to come to the desk. Pool was fine. Hot tub didnt get hot but there were signs. Internet on 3rd floor kept dropping, maybe get a booster for the upper floors. Other than that it was alright. Probably won't stay again but its not that it wasn't decent. Just a preference.
