Traveling for business needed good wifi...had to pay for "enhanced" wifi so that I could actually work on my project. I actually had to go back to the hotel the next morning because they wouldn't take the wifi cost from my card via telephone. I had to drive back about 15 miles so I could personally run the card, and sign the signature. Other than that, no complaints.
The manager of the hotel was a hateful awful woman! Don't be down on your luck when you stay there because she will gladly kick you right out the door! She was mean and hateful and sadly is represent that company.. I will never ever recommend any my family it friends to that hotel any where in the United States!!! I pity your company for having her as an employee!
Excellent Service, it was clean and they were very friendly. The TVs are good size and the H VAC was not noisy at all, I would definitely recommend it to my friends in the future, I will be staying there in my next trip
Hotel is tucked away, yet moments from major thoroughfares. Bed was comfortable. While there were many guests, it was quiet around the hotel. Ice trays in the refrigerator were an unexpected bonus. Grab and take breakfast available.
Overall, my room is very comfortable. You can tell it's been updated, but some things still need replacing, like tv's and the tv cables.The bed is very comfortable; if you travel a lot like me, the mattress comfort is very important. I love the cozy feeling the room gives. It's like I'm in my room at home.I'm booked for another three weeks, so I'll update my experience again when I leave. But overall, I would highly recommend this hotel fire short or long term. If you have any issues or concerns, the staff is readily available to accommodate your needs. They definitely want your stay to. be comfortable
Wonderful staff great customer service front desk and other staff were very helpfully and friendly.Easy check in and check out, tons of free parking and also free WiFi. Nice size fridge and mircowavre nice grab and go breakfast and location close to highway
Rooms have been smoked in - “they only charge $250 if you do smoke in the rooms” no guarantees. Not except able if you have allergies. The rooms need updates. Have to request the dishes you need. Customer service (evening) was horrible.
The hotel was fine. Pretty nice compared to some ESA's I've stayed in. I had problems with my bathroom that I tried to get resolved but they never were. Other than that, it was fairly clean and I felt safe.
Disappointed in the staff when I told them about my concerns for having Rolly Pollies all over the floor of our room! The lady acted like it wasn't a big deal. She said the cleaning schedule has already been made for the day and I'm not sure they can get to it to vacuum your room! Are you kidding me? Not the best experience when you get out of bed in the morning barefoot and step on Rolly Pollies!! We were given a handicap accessible room and I think they were coming out of the drain!? When they actually did come and clean the room they only vacuumed they didn't sweep the kitchen or the bathroom and they were still everywhere! Then when I asked the lady why they didn't clean the room she said well you only said vacuum not sweep! Rude! Really!? They crawl and ended right back up on the carpet! Wow! Also when asked to get a coffee maker they gave me a dirty one and a bag of coffee. No filters to put the coffee in and the actual coffee maker said you're supposed to use the premade filters with coffee in it. The front desk was always out of coffee in the morning during the grab and go breakfast which made it worse! Other Scary customers in the area as well!
The hotel is clean and a good value with the highway right there you can get to anywhere in Tulsa fast. I have stayed there on multiple occasions as I job hunt in Tulsa. There-by staying in multiple rooms and they all have been clean and well taken care of except the cabinets in the kitchen area could use a good wipe down. They are mostly sticky on the outside and the inside just shows dirt and dust from use. The rooms look newer except for the kitchen appliances they are definitely old and somewhat abused depending on the room but otherwise still in good condition. The staff is definitely friendly and helpful (except one bad seed). The first time I was there I had a reservation issue and the manager and staff helped get it straightened out by calling my booking site and walking through all the necessary steps to get me the room I paid for. The whole thing took about 5 minutes and that was just mainly the booking site refaxing the information. That being said there is one older lady who is very unpleasant this last time instead of booking like I normally do I booked through extended stays website paying online and everything. I get there and she tells me to swipe my card thinking nothing of it as I have had to do that before for their $100 damage deposit (you get back if nothing is broken at the end of your stay) this time though it was the fee. I told her that I had already paid online she looked at her computer said something is wrong leaned over the counter looked at the card machine said oh you didn't accept. I tried telling her again that I had done all this online but she hit the accept button and rang my card up. So I repeated myself yet again but this time asking did you just charge me twice?! She than looked at her computer and said "oh yea I did. The computer didn't show that you had paid before." She than, thankfully, reversed it and after a few days of watching to see if I got charged twice or not it did go away. Another time I extended my stay and thankfully I was still in my room just about to head out to an interview and I get this really loud knock on the door its her shes eating something, crumbs are falling out of her mouth, and tells me I have to leave in a tone that makes your skin crawl. I'm like I just paid for another night went in and talked to you about it got re-keyed and everything by you. She looks at me skeptically and than was oh, that's right I must have forgotten to put you on the list. Those are my 2 major run ins with her there are others and if it wasn't for the good rooms and cheap price plus the other decidedly more friendly staff she would ruin the whole stay but thankfully my first visit she must have taken the day off and I was greeted by a much nicer,friendlier and warmer staff. who helped out this road weary traveler.
