Don't expect any frills but if you just need a place to sleep without breaking the bank, this will do.

Staff was more interested in talking to each other than checking me in. Wound up going to a different motel after standing at the counter for 15 minutes while they finished their discussion of the tv shows they were following

I wasn't expecting this hotel to be nice but it was. Low rate, very large rooms with a kitchen, very clean (even behind the bed as I looked for an electrical outlet & nice staff. It's not fancy but very nice. It's better than a two star hotel. I'd give it 3 1/2 stars. I saw inside a Hampton Inn room next door. Very tiny.

This wasn't a sleazy hotel I think that if there were more tv channels and better satellite that didn't cut out every few minutes and the air conditioner being able to control your self instead of them having it set automatic it said it was 60 degrees in my room which it was not I sweated all night long, also I'm a smoker so I got a smoking room and even for me being a smoker the cigarette smell was just to much and there were burn holes all on the blankets, another thing most hotels have FREE WIFI so I decided I'd get on the internet not knowing they charge you $15 to do so.

I was going to run the Williams Route 66 Half-marathon. This was a great place for that purpose and a day of sight seeing.

The older woman that checked me in doesn't have a friendly personality. The place had a old dirty feel to it. I prefer the sister property that was right up the street.

Stayed here twice now, and it's been great each time. The only bad thing, is that there are only 36 TV channels. Other than that, NO Complaints, whatsoever!!!!!

I booked this room for a disabled homeless Vet so as he had a place to stay for christmas.they advertized free wifi and there was a charge lights were burn out,it just had issues

The hotel was located in a place that made access to various activities around town easy. The room was more than adequate and fulfilled my needs perfectly.

As I expected for a low end hotel. Good night sleep and a good price. Don't expect the hotel to be give you a break on check in or check out times. Was trying to watch my football team on TV at 2:30 checkin time is 3 no exceptions. Ran a marathon the next day and wanted a extended check out time. Check out time is before 11 no exceptions. I just paid for an extra day. Next time I'll stay in a higher cost hotel that gives extended checkout times and save some money.

only one other hotel experience rates less enjoyable than this one.this one had rusty door jambs ,damaged soffit, dirty interior walls , soiled and torn carpeting , bed very noisy , Bed spread snagged. we felt dirty as we departed. only check out staff was kind. we were treated like tennants not guests.

Check in after 1100 pm. The office was closed and had to ask another guest how to get hold of the office. A phone was around the corner for you to call onsite management. They responded immediately. At first they could not find my reservation then was found shortly after. Had to sign in and sign my guest registration on a newspaper stand next to the phone in the breezeway. The room was basic. Clean and in good working condition. Many working people use this facility and it got noisy at 5 am. Check out was simple and without a hassle. The room i had included a small kitchen with utensils, stove microwave fridge and coffee maker. All were clean and in good working order. I Would recommend staying here.

it was a good value for the price and we plan on staying there again

This was a really good place to stay, particularly for the price. The room was spacious and comfortable, I really appreciated the leather recliner and the coffee maker.

Not interested!

I booked a NonSmoking room and they gave me a Smoking room (yes it was still smoky). She fixed it with a new room only after a lot of begging.

Great, just a little delay on chck in-they couldnt find the secondary form with credit cards detail that we sent to pay for a room so I had to try and call home to refax, couldn't cos of time diffrence no one in our office..so I ended up paying cash. . Staff were great-[...]and the Manager a lady very friendly.Would be nice if they had a ATM machine. Don't know if thy had rooms available for Disabled guest--had a friend enquiring

My credit card got stuck in the old fashioned card machine, had to leave it there over night. Website claimed breakfast was available, this was incorrect. Not a bad place to just crash and leave, but not a place you want to stay at for more than one short overnight trip.

I travel often. This hotel was advertised incorrectly. I will not stay with this hotel again. Beds were not comfortable. Clean but yet still dirty rooms. Very small as well.

Simple, clean, relatively quiet for being so full. VERY difficult to find and get to. Handy location once you figure out how to get in and out. Quite a few restaurants close by.
