Hello, we marked the reservation as a no-show after staying open late, putting a sign on the door for you, and even leaving a voicemail to confirm arrival time. We never had the opportunity to meet. We are in the process of expanding our lawn area in preparation of our spring and summer tourists. Perhaps the yellow caution tape was the turn off. I would sincerely appreciate a phone call or an email so I can understand how we completely failed to meet your expectations even before seeing your room.
