I initially selected a room with one queen bed because I was travelling solo. When I arrived, I discovered that the only window looked out on a small interior space and that the room next door had a balcony that was about 5 feet from my window. I had noticed comments complaining about the noise from air conditioning and fridge. Very accurate. I was staying for a week, so upgraded to a suite, the only room that had windows facing outside. That was large, beautiful, and quiet. I would recommend staying here only if you are willing to pay for a suite.

The over all view of hotel was great. But on closer inspection in need of proper maintenance First impressions was the elevator which looked like a freight elevator and lower walls were marked up. Decorative objects that had dust on then so thick you could write your name, gouged corners in the room and by elevator so much so that metal was showing, light bulbs that were burned out,. There was a soaker tub but you could not soak as the hot water ran out while filling the tub not even 6" deep of water. The view was fantastic, room was quiet. I was only there one night, I did not use other amenities offered.

Beautiful room. Wish we had another night. Wish there was a little more to the dinning and bar. But overall a great resort.

Excellent location, excellent suite . I will book there again

Good clean hotel within walking distance to a very good golf course. Breakfasts were excellent, staff friendly and room very clean. We were placed very close to the parking lot and late night and early mornings were full of trucks starting and coming and going....suggest a more quiet location. Otherwise, very nice and reasonable.

Great experience. Big rooms, balcony, and nice bed.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the hotel staff efficiency and the room cleanliness. This is a very quiet, private setting. The facility is older and shows some wear. The room amenities were odd. The room had a small coffee pot, a nice refrigerator and a very large closet, yet no hook to hang a robe in the bathroom and not many places to set eyeglasses, soaps, shampoo in the shower. There should have been plastic cups in the bathroom as a standard practice (to brush teeth, rinse out sink, etc.). These would be fairly easy to fix. The restaurant associated with this hotel is outstanding! Cooked to order breakfasts (included) were great, and we ate at least three dinners there during our 6-night stay. The pool area was lovely, but the signs warning of rattlesnakes caused me to be wary everywhere I walked and while in the pool/jacuzzi! We would stay there again!

Very nice hotel. Reception staff very good. Dining facility very good and reasonable unfortunately not located in same building but about 300 yards away. Partner left some hair treatment compounds in room. Returned several hours later to retrieve but maids had not turned it in. Not nice since I had left them a generous tip.

The hotel was super accommodating during a recent family event that brought us from all corners of the USA to Green Valley. Everyone could not have been nicer and also helpful.

Nice, comfortable room. Excellent shower, air conditioning. Excellent complimentary breakfast buffet. Only oddity is that the hotel is on the edge of a developed area. Just beyond is total bush, which felt weird.

Overall experience at this hotel went well! I thought the resort was very pretty and the rooms were kept very nice and clean. The only bad feedback I would have to give would be the service at the restaurant across the way. I believe they are apart of the same resort, but I was really disappointed with the waitresses. They were not very attentive, and when my boyfriend went to pick up breakfast, he told me he saw them chit chatting for a while before he was even helped. We had recommended the hotel to a friend, and they had the same complaint when they got food at the restaurant. Aside to that, our stay was very nice!

(8.31.11) Staff was friendly. I went to just relax and finish up reading several books I started at the beginning of the year. Nice and quite; however, if you're looking for a "family getaway", this isn't it. The property is a combination of Wyndam/retirement resort style living. So again...perfect for what I needed. The property has a nice outdoor lounge/pool area and spa (didn't visit spa, restaurant and golf/clubhouse). Each room is very spacious with nice size balcony, huge walk-in closet, nice size on suite (bathroom) and comfy king size bed. The property is located half way between Tucson and Nogales, Mexico so if you want Tucson night-life, this is not the location for you. For me...I'll go back again, just to relax.

We love the one bedroom suites. The kitchen and living room is a wonderful addition to the normal room one usually gets at a hotel. Pool and spa were great and staff was very friendly.

Room was just weird! Furnace in the closet, large and spacious room and was very clean, amenities as stated. Hairdryer was small, and not very powerful and took a long time to dry my hair. Noisy and woke to hearing shower in room right above me - at 4 am. Hotel location was acceptable, but in a residential neighborhood.

We stayed here as part of a travel package. Its a nice place with all the usual amenities and perfect time of year to be there. It appears that we were lodged in a frequently used room 12105 which had a strong carpet cleaning solution odor which covered up the smell of vomit pretty well until half way through the night.

Wonderful pool and spa...sitting out in the evening in the spa watching the stars come out in the desert sky was great.

The heat went out in our building and when I went to the desk requesting to move the clerk said the only thing she could do was upgrade us to a suite for an extra $60 per night. We just wanted a room with heat as it was 25 degrees.

ok, nothing to do. no micro-wave in the room. bed was very soft. very little hot water.

The hotel location is located in a beautiful setting with great mountain views and plenty of fresh air. Lots of things to do including swimming/sauna and golf not to mention the many interesting places to visit with a short distance from the hotel. We especially liked out trip to Madera Canyon. Our room was basic and a little small. Next time we'll get a larger room. Overall we had a good time. The service was great and the rooms are spotless.

Stayed only one night but it was wonderful. The premium suite was large and very nice. We enjoyed our stay.
