This place is a dump. It looks like the ghetto. The staff are automatically on an offensive mindset for trouble makers to check in. They go to great lengths to verbally assault you with how they're going to charge you 100 00 for every violation of they're do not allow rules. Even if the person checking in assures them of their non intentions to violate their policies. I respect people's property and their personal rules. For safety and protection of guests and property. But this was excessive to the point of the management almost guaranteeing I would loose my security deposit due till some infraction regardless of who's at fault in the matter. All this before checking in. I don't recommend this place AT ALL.

This property was the worst hotel experienced i ever had. The front desk agent was rude and doesn’t know anything at all, and this is what they call hospitality management business? When my friend greeted her before checking in he looked at her like nobody and did not say anything. The front desk agent did not give us the key to our room, every question we have ‘online, online’ saying he doesnt know anything. Did not even try to fix anything at all. Lazy!! He was busy watching some movie on his phone.. Never book at this property!!

Management was extremely rude. There were no toiletries in the bathroom and the shower head wasn’t attached to the wall. There were stains on the bedding and the door didn’t lock properly.
The room was not clean- floors were dirty and water was leaking from the shower head and apparently water leaked through the bathroom wall into bedroom floor and created a puddle from a single shower. The ac/heater unit did not work properly and was super noisy when it turned on and the knobs were broken. The single pane windows rattled all night with the wind. Super small restroom.
The hotel room was dirty. The bed sheets had stains. There was a trail of ants from outside headed under and on top of the bed. The bathroom was dirty, look like someone smeared poop on the wall behind the door. The bathroom towels smelled like mildew. Not a good place!
Liked nothing. Check in bad. Room bad. Cleanliness bad. Nothing worked.
Quiet room. Room was comfortable but needed some repairs. Overall good stay.
For the price is ok. My only advice is to supervise the cleaning team, room wasn't clean

It started out good. Friendly staff at check in. That is all that was good. The room door in to the room had to be hit with your shoulder to get it to open. The bed was supposed to be a queen, she was a small queen. The mirror over the sink had a very large piece missing, the water dribbled out of the faucet, no water pressure ever!. No phone, microwave, no fridge. Beat up furniture. Door into the bathroom had half of the edge missing and would not close. The latch was twisted out of the frame and hit the door frame. The toilet was from a dwarfs home. It was very low and small. We are not big people, but we had trouble sitting on it. The tub had big stains and burn marks in it. We were afraid to even try the shower. The elevator to the second floor was noisy, but worked. It was small and cramped, two people was a crowd, And the floor was wet with some kind of liquid. Also big sign on building facing I-10 said recently renovated rooms, that hadn't happened in our room ever! There were cigarette burns in the unvacuumed carpet, there were several other problems but no need to go any further. The room was way overpriced at $83.31 a night! We were not happy, can you tell?
