Everything was good. No toiletries though. Clean. The room looked new but with new leaks in the roof from the rain. But it was good, clean and staff wasn’t overbearing. Good vibe

We've stayed here countless times and have always felt like it was a 5 start stay, we stayed over the 4th of July weekend and were disappointed in our stay. The coffee in the lobby was cold both mornings we tried it, laundry room was locked and were unable to use it the bathroom in our room had no soap and we had to wait in the lobby to check in because there was nobody available to do so.

Horrible customer service and zero communication

I called ahead to tell them I wouldn’t be there for the first of a two night stay and don’t cancel. I asked them if I could get a future credit for a future stay and the girl at front desk said she would talk to the manager and let me know. I showed up on day two and my entire prepaid trip was canceled with no refund. Their mgr said there was nothing they could and offer me a very small discount for a third night for a 1 night stay. I told them no thank you and my employees and myself would never stay at (not) My Place again.

My Place offers great comfort for a very accessible price. The hotel situated in a very convenient area where the tourist can find all sorts of amenities from Gym to entertainment within a walk.
