☆ Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a fee of $100 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may disturb neighbors. Please note: Dogs are not allowed in the pool. Please let us know if you are traveling with a dog

☆ Pool: The pool measures 22 ft by 12 ft and reaches a depth of 8 ft. Please note, the pool is not heated. Due to our desert location, there`s potential for sand in the pool. Regular cleaning is scheduled every Monday if you prefer not to be bothered during your stay please let us know and we can coordinate another day for the pool to be cleaned.

Our team is available daily from 9 AM to 9 PM to assist with any questions or requests, and you can easily reach us by phone or email. ☆ Getting around Tucson is easy from our centrally located home. We recommend having a car to explore the city, but rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. Major spots like the University of Arizona, downtown, and Sabino Canyon are just a short drive away. Free street parking is available, and bike-friendly roads make it easy for cycling enthusiasts to get around too.
House Rules
• Primary renter must be 18+, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay. Subleasing is prohibited.
• No parties or events. Loud music, rambunctious gatherings, or excessive cars disturbing neighbors are strictly prohibited.
• No sticking tape on walls or pictures, and no confetti is allowed.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest.
• Pets must be on leashes in unenclosed areas. No dogs in the pool. Please clean up after your pets and be mindful of barking to avoid neighbor complaints. Max 1 dog
• Only park in designated areas: carport, driveway, or directly in front of the property. Avoid blocking neighbors’ homes or driveways.
• Children under 18 must be supervised at all times when using the pool.
• BBQ must be operated by responsible adults only.
• No firearms, fireworks, or hazardous materials allowed on the property.
• Follow all local, county, and state laws and short-term rental regulations. Noncompliance may result in eviction by city without refund.
• Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance.
• Fines may apply for violations of house rules or city ordinances, including Code Enforcement penalties.
