Dirty water in lavatory that was slow to drain. Wallpaper falling off wall. Stained carpet in hallway. Bedding rumpled. Noisy, unsafe atmosphere from community party on weekend in bar and entry area. Left hotel for safety concerns. Will never stay at Wyndom again.

The hotel staff disappears for hours when you ask them for assistance. When you book an executive room it states it come with free parking, that's false they told me I can park in the street for free since it's sat-sun. I requested a bag and the lady disappeared for two hours. I ordered food and they let a random person just walk in the hotel and to my room door without a warning.

we appreciated the water bottles and filtered water as we were out in the heat quite a bit. room was comfortable but slightly small.

Lobby was nice & front desk people were friendly, but the room was old/outdated. Bed wasn't properly done, shampoo half full (used one from prior guest??), bath towels only 2 even though we listed 4 people on booking (called lobby to get more but they never came to bring the towels), area didn't feel safe @ nite, parking was add'l $13 nextdoor, b'fast & coffee was almost completely gone by 8:30 (b'fast time: 6-9) .

Facilities out of date and things leaking, TV not working and no one cared, we stayed for two nights and no one visited our room to clean or fix TV, no free parking, breakfast guy was asleep... But we survived!

It was one day stay and I enjoyed it ,would recommend staying at the hotel strongly.

Parking not included ($13 a day doesn't break the bank but its an additional expense/annoyance). Vending machine and ice machine did not work on my floor. Grabbed a drink at the bar and drank my $8 drink out of a plastic cup while all the other patrons got an actual glass, how lame is that? Nice, friendly staff, remodeled lobby/restaurant is very nice.

I attended a dance party at the hotel and decided to book a room overnight. It is a nice facility but the restaurant was closed. However I'm glad I decided to spend the night and was glad to have a room available after the event was over. My only complaint about the room was my coffee maker was broken.

It was available. They had vacancy. So I stayed. Then I left in the morning. Paid for parking too. Then got on the highway and drove. I think someone farted in the elevator while I was there. Not sure. But it did smell. They had coffee amd mini muffins for my trip out of the garage and out back onto the road. They were yummy. I 8 M

First and foremost cleaning staff left my door open when they were done. There is a lot broken as well. Out of two drawers and two washers inly one washer was working. No sign up I had to take wet clothes back to Chicago.

This is my third and last stay at this hotel. Each time I stay something else has closed or is not open. Restaurant closed at 7:00 on a Monday night. The only thing I could get to drink was a Monster beverage because the all of the other beverages in the cooler were gone. If I had to guess, the beverage companies have shut them off. I never saw another guest. The check in and check people were helpful--the only people I saw in the entire hotel.

Hotel is comfortable. Exercise room is very good. Check in was a problem with credit card confusion on a pre paid stay. otherwise all was good.

Convenient to the Trenton train station, but not much value for the money!

Good location. Within walking distance of meetings in Trenton. Hotel is a little dated but good enough and good value.

Everything was excellent. Had a couple of problems with the shuttle but we were accommodated. We were there for the Mi. vs. Rutgers game. The hotel was ideally situated for us to grab the train with the help of the shuttle take it to the game and return. Once again with the help of the shuttle. The front desk was helpful, the dining room made an excellent club sandwich. Too bad Michigan lost. Again easy in and out.

Hotel was clean, staff at front desk helpful, location too isolated, parking Bad

Hotel under renovation. They had advertised a free breakfast however no restaurant available. Neighborhood is not safe don’t even attempt to walk anywhere. It was a very unpleasant experience.

My family stayed one night at this location which was conveniently 2 mins. away from Sun Bank Center. We were there for our son's wrestling tournament. Our stay was everything we expected. The only down fall was the restaurant and bar were closed due to change of owner. Not a huge problem as we dined 20 mins. away for dinner with many options to choice from and major shopping malls.

Great stay, felt very luxurious. Hotel staff were amazing! Can't stress enough how welcoming, friendly, and helpful they all were. Rooms were immaculate, bed was comfortable, and view from my room (toward PA overseeing DE river and Trenton Makes bridge) was gorgeous. The tricky part was navigating the streets around the hotel but only due to construction.

Conveniently located to downtown Trenton. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Price was reasonable, although, if you have a car, parking can be expensive at $13 per night.
