🚭 No smoking indoors or sauna ($250 fine if violated).
🚭 Smoking outside only — all butts must be disposed of.
🔇 Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM.
🦺 Lifejackets required when using watercraft.
🐾 No pets allowed.
👥 Guest count must match reservation. No day visitors.
📹 Security cameras outdoors (tampering = $400 fine).

♻️ Environmental Protection: Any garbage/wrappers found outside or in the water will result in a $500 fine.

🛠 Damage Policy: Guests must inspect the property at check-in and report any existing damages immediately. Unreported issues will be assumed to have occurred during your stay.
