Cousins Weekend 2023

Property was exactly as shown in pictures. Very neat and clean! We have been doing this trip to Traverse City for about 20 years and this property is hands down the best one we have stayed at. All of my party were extremely happy with the accommodations here. Host Jenn stocks up the kitchen and house very well. Already thinking about booking for 2024!

Love this home!

We loved staying at this home! It is beautiful and clean. We felt immediately at home. There was plenty of room for the two families to spend time together. It is a great location. We went to the Dunes and Glen Arbor one day. We enjoyed the beach and shopping downtown another day. Jenn was wonderful. She is very welcoming and quick to respond. We can’t wait for our next stay here in Traverse City!!

Loved this house. Modern, clean and stocked with everything you need for a lovely vacation. Beds were the best too! We had a party of seven. Bikes were an added plus too! Truly enjoyed our stay!

Excellent house up north!

This house is gorgeous! We came for a girls weekend and had 7 girls in the house. It was bigger than expected and extremely clean tidy and well stocked with everything we would need. We loved having a bon fire at sunset in the newly paved bonfire area. Gorgeous wooded setting very close to traverse city downtown area, wineries, and torch lake which we rented a boat at! Wonderful weekend this house made the weekend so special!

This VRBO and host were absolutely amazing! We got some great restaurant recommendations from our host, details about what the property provided (which included beach towels and a nicely stocked kitchen!), and it was spotless and beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and some girls already said they would return with family again!

Adorable House

House was very clean and well stocked with necessities. Close to downtown but you do have to drive. Very close to rail trail to walk and get some exercise. Loved all the games available in house. We enjoyed the menu binder to get ideas where to eat. We enjoyed the weekend we spent here. Thanks

Hidden and comfortable

This lovely home was tucked away into the woods and was just what our group of 6 friends needed. Not too far from Traverse City, yet quiet and near all the trails. The owner is easy to communicate with and very helpful.

Great home!

The house is beautiful, super clean, and the most comfortable beds I've ever experienced in a rental home. The owner was great to work with and the house is well equipped with snacks, towels, and anything else you could want or need. I would definitely stay here again.

Jenn was an amazing host. She had great recommendations and was always willing to help. The house was clean and inviting. Great location for our daily adventures. We kayaked the Crystal River, spent time in Suttons Bay and stayed local in TC. Enjoyed every minute! Would recommend this lovely farm house to anyone and hope to return!

House has everything you need and a great location!

We came with four adults, one child and two infants. The house has everything we needed and was well stocked. The beach was a short bike ride and downtown TC is an easy 15 Minuten drive away. Communication with Jenn is flawless and she is very accommodating. The house is set back from the main road surrounded with trees.

Beautiful home and property

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. House was very clean and modern and so cute. There was a well stocked kitchen and even local info and a basket of snacks for us at checkin. Great selection of fun games to play! There were plenty of towels and even beach towels for our use. Location was perfect for exploring the area yet on a quieter street. We saw wildlife every day in the yard including bunnies, a deer fawn, and black squirrels. A seemingly trivial detail but we really appreciated that someone came and moved the outdoor trash bins out to the road on trash day then later returned them to the area by the house and we never even saw it happen! We have stayed in lots of rental homes and this was one of the best that we have stayed in! We would definitely return and highly recommend! Thanks so much!
