Check-in hat super geklappt, freundliche Begrüßung.Küchenausstattung war ausreichend nur der Backofen ist ein Witz, paßt nicht mal eine runde Pizza rein, gut das ich Pizzaschnitten gekauft habe. Backofen und Herd kann man auch nicht gleichzeitig benutzen.Ausstattung der Wohnung ist auch sehr einfach, bei schlechten Wetter bei einer Belegung von 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern, will ich mir nicht vorstellen, ist meiner Meinung nach zu klein.

Gutes kleines Ferienhäuschen in toller Lage

Das Ferienhaus ist zwar etwas kleiner, aber insgesamt trotzdem gut ausgestattet und sehr schön. Die Lage ist etwas versteckt, man hat seine Ruhe und die Umgebung ist sehr sehr schön. man ist in kurzer Zeit am Meer, das kann man auch in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß erreichen. Ansonsten sind viele Ausflugsziele - Phänomenta, Peenemünde, Ozeaneum Stralsund, Baumwipfelpfad usw. in kurzer Zeit per Auto zu erreichen.Der Kontakt mit der Verwalterin Frau Kluth ist ebenfalls sehr nett und professionell.Also alles in allem ein sehr empfehlenswertes Ferienhäuschen.

Da Trassenheide nicht zu den ganz großen Badeorten gehört, wie zB Zinowitz und eine sehr schöne, ursprüngliche Umgebung hat, hatten wir als Naturliebhaber einen gelungenen Urlaub. Ich hoffe, dass das so bleibt und Trassenheide nicht von Großmanagern vereinnamt wird, die gerne "Betonburgen", sogenannte Resorts, mit Sauna etc., bauen. Dann wären wir nicht mehr dabei. Bungalow Selma

Der Bungalow Selma ist in top Zustand... man hat alles was man braucht. Mit einem Kleinkind oder Baby welches sich noch nicht selbst waschen kann jedoch sehr ungünstig durch das sehr kleine Bad. Ansonsten war alles sauber und gemütlich die Terrasse und der kleine eigene Garten lädt zum verweilen und spielen ein.

Wir hatten als 4-köpfige Familie eine sehr schöne Woche Urlaub in Trassenheide. Das Ferienhaus ist klein, aber fein. Und wenn man wie wir viel unterwegs ist, auch völlig ausreichend. Kleiner, feiner, Bungalow in ruhiger Ferienanlage.

War alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir hatten schöne, ruhige, erholsame Tage. Die Umgebung war einfach herrlich! Frische Brötchen und Einkauf zu Fus in 10min erreichbar. Zum Strand ca. 20 Gehminuten. Per Rad sind dort echt viele schöne Touren möglich. Uns hat es sehr gefallen und würden gern wieder dort hin fahren!

Sehr geehrte Frau Uttke und Frau Kluth, Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus Selma genossen. Die Ausstattung ist gepflegt und funktional. Auch wenn uns das Wetter einen Strich durch die Rechnung gemacht hat war es ein erholsamer Urlaub. Vielen Dank geht auch an Frau Kluth für die schnelle behebung des Heizungsproblem. Entspannter Urlaub in schöner Umgebung

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub bei schönstem Wetter. Die Lage des Feriehauses ist optimal. Man kann super Fahrradtouren machen, am Strand chillen oder auf der Terrasse einfach die Seele baumeln lassen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Geruhsamer Kurzurlaub zum Baden und Sonnen am Strand

Das kleine Ferienhaus befindet sich innerhalb einer Ferienhaussiedlung am Ortsrand, dennoch nah genug um die Ostsee am Strand Trassenheide zu besuchen. Wir haben im Ferienhaus in Ruhe und ungestört von Nachbarn, Straßenlärm und Bahngeräuschen verweilen können.

Das verlangt eine Wiederholung

Ein sehr kleines aber schönes Ferienhaus. Es hat alles was man braucht kompakt auf kleinen Raum. Spielplatz, Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist alle nah beim Ferienhaus. Entfernung zum Strand ist ok. Mit kleinen mitreißenden ist ein Bollerwagen oder Kinderwagen für die Entfernung zum Strand zu empfehlen. Der Kontakt der Vermieterin ist auch sehr nett und höflich. Es hat alles bestens geklappt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder

Schönes Quartier für 4 Personen. Fahrräder waren für uns unbedingt nötig, um angenehm zum Strand zu gelangen und Unternehmungen zu machen. Die Anreise mit dem Zug ist empfehlenswert, wirklich super, das Häuschen befindet sich in 5 min Fußweg vom Bahnhof Trassenheide entfernt und dennoch in ruhiger Lage. Ausstattung und Einrichtung waren für uns hervorragend.

Müsste mal was getan werden

Wir haben unseren Urlaub vom 3.7.- 17.7.2021 im Haus Selma verbracht. Auf den Bildern und in den Bewertungen war alles gut. Unser Eindruck. Grundstück und Lage sehr gut. Auch die Terrasse ist Super. Auf dem Terrassentisch stand sogar eine Vase mit frischen Blumen. Nach dem öffnen der Haustür wären wir am liebsten sofort wieder umgedreht. Uns kam ein total muffiger Geruch entgegen. Fast unzumutbar ! Selbst nach einer Woche bewohnen, roch es immer noch. Jedes Möbelstück hatte den Geruch . Also mit dem Haus ist etwas ,, faul" . Mit Duftkerzen und viel lüften wurde es nach Tagen etwas besser. Zur Einrichtung : Wohnzimmer ist in Ordnung. Küche ist nicht sehr groß aber geht schon. Für die Größe der Küche ist sie gut ausgestattet. Leider steht auch viel unnützes Geschirr in den Schränken, was man im Urlaub glaub ich nicht braucht. Doch die Sachen die täglich gebraucht werden, Tassen und Teller haben doch schon deutliche Gebrauchsspuren. Im Schlafzimmerschrank liegen Kissen mit Flecken, die einfach nicht mehr in eine Ferienwohnung gehören. Auch der Teppichboden im Schlafzimmer ist nicht gerade die beste Lösung, noch dazu wenn auch Haustiere mit in das Haus dürfen. Auch die Kissen und Decken fürs Bett sind nicht gerade einladend. Wie hatten unsere eigenen Bettsachen mit! Zum Glück! Das Bad klein, aber ok. Leider spült das Clo schlecht und unter der Dusche kommt Wasser, langsam aber sicher, hervorgelaufen. Irgend was ist da nicht mehr dicht. Silikonnaht der Dusche ? Daher vielleicht auch der Geruch ? Das wollte der Eigentümer anrichten lassen. Noch Kleinigkeiten : z.B. waren die Türklinken von den Schlafzimmern locker, das sie beide abfielen. Die vom Bad ist auch locker und lässt sich aber nicht festschrauben. Will man mal Fernsehen ankucken, es war gerade Fußball EM, muss man erst mal Sender suchen. ARD ,ZDF und so weiter, irgendwo über 200. Nervt einfach ! Sollte doch einfach mal richtig eingestellt werden. Zu Hause macht man das doch auch. Schade auch, das auf die Bewertungen der Gäste nicht reagiert wird, Matratzen sehr hart, und die sind wirklich hart! Wlan wäre auch nicht schlecht. Wir hatten schönes Wetter, und haben uns viel auf der Terrasse aufgehalten.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und leicht erreichbar. Einziges mango es gab keine Grillzange, ansonsten ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfählen.
