We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff were excellent. The food was delicious. The parking was easy and convenient. The ground and view were stunning. Beautiful place. We would definitely stay there again for even longer if we could.

The view from our room and the hotel restaurant onto the Loch was just amazing! There were swans swimming in the loch, birds of every type to watch, and deer that visit early in the morning and late in the afternoon. Truly a nature lovers paradise!
There are not enough words to express our delight with this hotel! It was gorgeous! Our room was perfect, breakfast was superb and the staff was beyond charming. We highly recommend staying here and hope to return.
I absolutely loved this hotel. My husband and I came here on our honeymoon and the staff set up two swan towels with roses on the bed for us along with a poster of a painting of the hotel to keep - so sweet! We stayed at 3 different hotels on our trip, but this one was by far our favorite. The hotel still has the old fashioned look and feel, but is comfortable and upgraded. The outdoor hot tub was the best as it had an amazing view of the lake and mountains. Also the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious as well. We will definitely come back if we are ever in Killarney!
Beautiful location. Wish we’d stayed here our whole trip. Room was clean and comfortable. Meals were delicious. View of the lake, mountains and castle ruins cannot be beat. Would absolutely stay here again.

We booked three deluxe lake view rooms. They put all three us of right next to each other with was very nice. The rooms were HUGE--even for U.S. standards. The views off the balcony in the rooms were fantastic. Our one regret was that we didn't book two nights here. The staff--expecially Claire--was fantastic. Claire helped answer questions I had via email and even booked a Gap of Dunloe tour for us over email with a local company. I can't say enough positive stuff about this hotel experience.

The views from this hotel is amazing! The location is only about a 10 min cab ride to Killarney city center or a 20-30 minute walk. It is right outside Killarney national park, we rented bikes from across the street which we could use all day to get around all of Killarney! The hotel itself inside could use some updates in the main areas of the hotel but it is a landmark in Killarney so it has charm! The rooms are great, we had a room overlooking the lake, it was beautiful. They are large rooms and the bathrooms are updated! parking is free and the staff is helpful if you are looking for activities in the area.
