The staff were all wonderful. I loved the location and the view.
The hotel was very dated and the rooms showed. It's fine if you are passing through, but you wouldn't want to stay here more than one night.
Front desk was so very eq]helpful with planning my stay. Doorman/ security helped me get my luggage in and to find the room. It was a very nice place. However it is a little winding to get to s one rooms There were no clear directions to get to the lobby. When I asked the maid she told me to take a back stairway which obviously was only for cleaning personnel because it was dirty and had buckets and cleaning cloths all over the staircase floor. Also the fire escape plan said to exit where the yellow dot was but there was no yellow dot on the map. Perhaps this is uh under new management but the fire escape route should be clear. I also recommend signage in the halls on how to get to the lobby. The shower was good and hot The staff were exceptional.
The rooms in this hotel are vey much like dorm rooms and are not insulated well at all. We could hear everything being said in a room across the hall from us. The hotel staff was very helpful and nice.
We had an amazing views from our room over the harbor and hills, hotel was nice and clean, food was good and was very close to walking to all the hot spots in town. The front desk help and staff were amazing!! Would I stay here again, No First off anyone in the building closing there room door shakes the building and if your trying to sleep this isn't a good thing. During the day there is a work shop that works outside your window with power tools that starts up right at 8am until 5pm so if your looking to sleep in it's not going to happen after a night of slamming doors. Beds need to go in the trash they are very very old and broken down. The hotel is more a flop house. Think motel 6 but not as new.
