The hotel could be nice but it was 27 degrees and no air but the air condition didn't work because it was after 1st of October. But it's 27 degrees?! No. We switched it off. No air even if you open the window, then you just get misquotes and noise from the road. Terrible. Apart from it, the rooms are in need of renovation and the food is not good. I recommend you to stay out of that place. Don't let the beautiful communal areas cheat you.
I like the rectangular pools & arch combination in the hotel entrance and balcony in the common area. They look very relaxing. The rooms were small with simple furniture. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Poor Wi-Fi reception in rooms.
There 2 nights, in April. Beautiful design and very good swimming pool. The room had an ashtray but no obvious presence of smoking. No wifi in rooms. Desultory breakfast room. BTW the Museum of Popular Arts and Traditions (part of the Dar Cherait museum) is terrific.
It's a pretty nice hotel with a good pool, but it's looks like it requires for a small renovation. Rooms have old scratched and outdated furniture, mattresses are awful. Breakfast is pretty ok with various of meals
My husband and I stayed here 2 nights and I don't recommend this hotel for the following reasons: 1- They gave us 2 twin beds for our couple. At inquiry, the front desk said that they don't have enough rooms with double bed. They have communicating rooms for those and they reserve them for families only. The twin beds were very uncomfortable. 2- The hotel director didn't give us a honest advice about local businesses. He wanted the business to come the hotel. We needed up very happy not following his advice. 3- Internet is only available in the lobby and it is very slow. 4-The rooms need maintenance. In my opinion, they don't deserve the 4 stars rating.
nice hotel in the tunisian outh country , in the touristic road ,near commodities, restaurants, near palm forest , and different oasis, clean rooms, not noisy, restaurant clean too, good food : fish chiken , salads, correct hotel , well maintained
Very lovely setting and architecture. Clean and spacious rooms. We enjoyed two buffet breakfasts and dinners here - extensive choices including wonderful Tunisian fare. Wifi only worked in the main lounge area so best to modify your expectations. Although music in the pool area was blaring past 10 pm, a quick visit to the front desk achieved immediate quiet. The pool itself looked everso inviting but too cool when we visited. All and all, a comfortable and pleasant stay.
In one word my stay was fantastic included the hotel and the people in tozeur is just beyond this world and really worth it every penny.what a lovely place the Tunisian government and people should be proud of Tozeur amazing.
I loved the hotel which looks like a ksar - palace, surounded with lots of date palms. There is also a great pool especialy invating in the morning with a splendid sunrise. The room with a balkony was comortable, clima worked well although I could sleep without it only with open window. The staff was very friendly, only wi-fi was quite slow. The food was great all three days I stayed in the hotel. Especialy dinners. Locatrion is handy-not to far from the city and easy to get a taxi or even a carriage
Stayed here last year with my partner on our first holiday. Only stayed here for one night on a sahara tour and a lovely relaxing night it was. Extremely peaceful hotel with a relaxing morocan theme throughout. Staff are great and extremely welcoming. Bar is really nice with an expensive luxurious feel, bar staff are great too! Rooms are great with large beds, great bathrooms, aircon and balcony! Would love to visit again at some in my life time! Oportunity of a life time traveling this unique beautiful country.
