This was a nice property and close to everything including the esplanade and city area. Although a little dated, the apartment had been styled nicely and well appointed. There were a few issues though and is mostly related to maintenance and repair. The bbq was filthy and needs to be replaced and the same can be said for the fan on the outside area. Aircon work well and there were no foul smells. The lounge is in need of replacing and better seat pads on the dining chairs would lift things. There was also no hot water in the main bathroom basin. So a few small things that need to be sorted for the price you pay for this 3 bedder but comfortable none the less. Beds and pillows were comfy and the kitchen was well appointed with coffee pods and a machine which was a nice touch.

Wonderful spacious unit. Clean and well appointed. Easy check in and out. Well positioned for a break in Townsville. Wonderful place to stay with adult family or kids. Highly recommend this property
