Accommodation with a shared heated swimming pool (5x10m). You'll appreciate settling into this cottage, converted from a former farmhouse. You'll have a small private terrace and a large, landscaped garden (not fenced) shared with the owners and guests of the adjoining cottage (separate access). There's also a protected pond, a swing set, and bicycles. A 70m² reception room (with fireplace) is available for festive events. Parking is provided. This adjoining cottage has 2 bedrooms and 4 beds, arranged over 2 levels: - on the ground floor: a spacious living room with a kitchenette and a toilet. Upstairs: Bedroom 1 (1 double bed 140cm + 1 single bed 80cm) - Bedroom 2: (2 double beds 140cm + 1 single bed 80cm) separated by a shower room (shower with jets and washbasin), bench seat. Shower room (shower with jets) with WC. Oil-fired central heating. The cottage can be furnished with only single beds (on request). Very close to Toulouse and only 3km from the Canal du Midi, this gîte is located in a converted farmhouse and benefits from a shared heated swimming pool and a large garden.
