Le duplex est en soi très sympa, décoré avec goût, bien équipé. Toutefois, l'appartement se situe dans une rue piétonne, dans un très vieil immeuble, au 3eme étage, sous les combles. Une semaine en pleine canicule avec une climatisation qui n'est pas des plus efficace, des velux inaccessibles ou avec des ouvertures défectueuses et deux fenêtres qui donnent sur la cage d'escalier irrespirable (chaleur aggravée par la présence d'une boulangerie au rez-de-chaussée) vient gâcher le séjour. Ne vous attendez pas à une belle vue sur la ville rose ! Le frigo mériterait au minimum une case freezer.Le matelas est, certes, très confortable mais très taché.Alors, c'est sûr, l'appartement est situé en plein coeur de Toulouse (attention pour se garer au près, vous disposez d'un parking au prix prohibitif !), mais cela ne fait pas tout.
