Only one elevator was working. Pool closed Closet door would not stay closed (swinging outward into room where is was passed every time you went to bathroom or left the room. Bug scurried across floor( big enough to catch attention but too quick to be identified) Otherwise bed was nice, room was relatively quiet, plenty of hot water.
Easy on and off from 84. Must drive to restaurants (less than 5 min)

While the staff is very helpful and professional always the facility lacked. They h a ve the only pool in a hotel in Wtby. It was down the 7 days i was there. 2 elevators, one worked. 2 tread.ills in mini gym, neither worked? Very disappointing

When I arrived the woman at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The other front desk male & female were not.One side of the hotel faces the highway, so it was a bit noisy. The breakfast was a bonus!
It was quiet, the staff was pleasant and our room was clean. The unlimited free coffee in the lobby was a bonus.
Looked old and needs some refreshing. Only one elevator worked, business office was out of order.
I didn’t like that you could hear the people walking in the above floor and the people talking in the halls and or the next room. Breakfast was eh ok.
Location ideal. Renovations underway so inconvenienced just a bit. Breakfast choices plentiful and plenty of coffee. New carpet needs threshold where meets wood.
We arrived at 10:00pm and were locked out. We had to figure out how to call the hotel before someone came out of the back to unlock the doors for us—and this was Labor Day weekend—not a slow season. The room was clean but too hot and the AC didn’t respond to the in-room thermostat (dummy?). The bathroom fan sounded like it was dying and the room was small. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable and the bedding appeared to be clean. When we left at 7am we tried the breakfast and it may have been the worst I’ve had. The sliced fruit had completely turned/fermented. The hot foot was incredibly rubbery. We will not choose this hotel again, even though it’s close to the highway.
My room smelled like cigarettes and i immediately went to the front desk. They were accommodating and move me to another room.

We extend our apologies to guests that were unable to use the pool. Management is continually monitoring the cleanliness and functionality of the pool to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
