My experience with this hotel was extremely dissatisfied ...hotel cleaning staff was very unprofessional and noisy during my hotel stay! I was unable to rest during my stay due to the shouting and loud conversations by the cleaning ladies in the hallways!
I went to a congress for 4 days in Torreon... All I can say is that Staff is very nice and the rooms are Clean. Didnt like the Location. Transportation FREE 15KM around... Close to the Airtport. Breakfast is Ok....
I enjoyed my stay at a this new hotel. Even though it was a not a luxury hotel, it was very convenient for the purpose of my trip. On the first night, the AC was not working properly. The staff was so efficient and i was moved to another room in no time. I will visit it again!
I minimarket will be helpful if you are travelling with kids taht was my case

This is my favorite hotel in Torreon. Good location (near restaurants and Plaza Galerias), it is clean, comfortable and nice staff.
the website don't show the time to check in and out, The service is very inefficient, Goat head thorns Around the whole carpet, no hooks in the bathroom, toilet with missing parts, do not disturb sign missing, they knock the door at 8:00 AM just for checking, I found a roach in the bathroom. Horrible experience, I will never go back
