The room they put us in was super old and dirty! I asked to be moved to a different room, it was the same old and dirty. They had a dog next door. I asked why and the front desk lady said they do allow dogs but only in that room. Really !??! Very disappointed plus the server at the restaurant was very rude that i had to reported him. We stayed 5 days but not happy at all.

The room was 70 percent good but the air conditioning was not so good and the towels are really really bad also the sheets and the pillows are old and They look very worn, completely old and frayed. I don’t know why they say that is a 4.5 star hotel I think it’s 2 or 3 stars just all the staff are very good nothing that they can do
