Badly managed apartment Full of Cockroaches & insects.
Unfortunately, I rented this small flat for four weeks to have a relaxing holiday, but from the moment I arrived, it was not ready for rental. It took two days of constant follow-ups before they placed the toilet seat, and the microwave and washing machine were both very old and broken, but never repaired. I also informed them about the cockroaches, as there was cockroach spray in the kitchen, but they still decided to rent out the apartment without addressing the infestation properly. cockroaches on the dishes, running all over the cutlery, kitchen cabinets , surfaces , bedroom, living room, and even in the wardrobes—this is completely unacceptable.It got to the point where I couldn’t even consider preparing food without feeling disgusted. I had to constantly check for cockroaches on my bed, skin, and even in my ears. On top of that, the flat was infested with small flying insects, and no matter how much spray I used, they wouldn’t go away. This ruined my entire holiday, and I was constantly stressed, chasing them for answers. Malaga Suite barely responded, only replying after two days.Unfortunately, I ended up bringing my clothes back to London with cockroaches, which is entirely unacceptable. This situation has been incredibly frustrating.
