AT136 Els Pins I: Apartment located in one of the best areas of Torredembarra beach,: 'Els Pins I'. It is a residential complex on the seafront equipped with a beautiful communal area with 4 swimming pools (two large and the other two for children), a pine forest (which is what gives the residential complex its name) that offers a very grateful shade during the summer months and a direct exit door to the promenade (which is exclusively pedestrian) and on the beach. The apartment has 3 bedrooms (1 with double bed, one single and one with tween beds), a large kitchen, 2 complete bathrooms with a bathtub and a living-dining room with access to the terrace that has splendid views of the sea, the beach and the community area. The rental price includes a covered parking space. Group reservations made up of young people between the ages of 16 and 26 are not accepted.
