AT044 Els Porxos: Cozy two-bedroom apartment in the Els Porxos building, accommodating up to 6 people, just 250 metres from La Paella Beach. The property (first floor without elevator) features a spacious living-dining room with a sofa bed and access to a terrace with garden furniture, overlooking a quiet side street, an open-plan kitchen, and a renovated bathroom with shower. The two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed for 2 people) face the communal area, and one of them has a balcony. The apartment also has air conditioning in the living-dining room, and the master bedroom has a ceiling fan.
