There are two bedrooms sleeping up to 4 people with a double and two singles. From the lounge you step out onto a large, south facing terrace ideal for enjoying the Spanish sunshine.

There is a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. There is underground secure parking accessed via a lift.

Linens and towels are included.

There are 2 bars, a hair and beauty salon and a very well stocked supermarket and shop… ALL within walking distance. The resort is very safe and secure with security staff on site at all times.

20 minutes to the best beaches of the Costa Calida, 20 minutes to Cartagena city centre and 25 minutes to Murcia city centre. Murcia Corvera Airport is just a 15 minute drive and Alicante Airport 50 minutes.
