There was a fire code violation posted on the front door. Complained to Marriot Bonvoy and eExpedia that I didn’t want to stay there due to the fire code violation but was told I couldn’t get a refund. Stayed at another Marriot property. Don’t stay here not worth the risk.

Unfortunately some things were falling apart in the bathroom The shower floors were super slippery when wet the material felt really unsafe so be careful while showering The size of the bathtub makes no sense And the first day I woke up to construction going on on my floor so didn't get to sleep In. Overall great location and nice spot Super convenient bag drop off for the day

Great location in a lively area. Close to Rogers Centre and even closer to the theaters. The clean lines and modern design and furniture were great. Lots of storage for our clothes and personal items. The bathroom door needed a doorstop to allow steam to dissipate. Also, some attention to post renovation clean up required (drywall mud on window sills and ceiling by window). Attention to detail on this build was otherwise amazing. Kudos. I would recommend this hotel if you're looking for clean, modern and don't need in-hotel amenities. In this area there are so many dining and drinking options.

Clean, cozy room in excellent location. The shower splashes into the bathroom and the bedroom. A person came to try to mitigate the situation by adjusting the shower head direction but didn't help much. Problem is that shower curtain is too short leaving a 3 inches gap that let's water splash abundantly.

The room was quite nice, other than the bathroom - I did feel like it needed a deep clean, some fixtures showed wear and tear. The tub is huge (very deep) however the shower was barely a dribble - no pressure at all. The real problem I had was with the customer service. I made a mistake when I booked the room (wrong location) and asked (pleaded) if I could cancel - this was months in advance. I was refused. I understand that I did book a non-refundable room, however it was an honest mistake, again months in advance of the booking, there could have been some flexibility. Fast forward to the day of the booking, I was charged again, for the full room. I contacted the hotel and was told I had to contact Expedia - even after I explained I had fully paid for the room - they should not have charged my card that they took for the deposit! Again unwilling to help - Expedia was able to help and got the mess sorted very quickly for me. Overall the room was fine, service was not - and for the price I would have expected more.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Everything we needed for our stay was in a walking distance. 10 mins walking distance from the CN Tower and the Aquarium. Check in was great. Instructions provided was on point. Parking - The parking area that was recommended by the hotel did not work for us. It was small and no indication that the spots were full. I would recommend that you park at the 24h public parking on 83 Peter St. Which is a 2-3 min walking distance from the hotel. The hotel is located on a main street which you causes traffic. Car honking, sirens going on and you can hear everything (even with ear plugs). If you are a light sleeper even with ear plugs we could hear it....

Was a really good stay - really liked the room. It was clean, modern and felt homely. Lots of bars around and food options. If you’re after a supermarket, there’s one behind in the next street. Only negative is that it can be noisy at night as the glass is thin. This was especially true on a Saturday night as could hear everyone walking past etc

Once we got a room that didn't have issues. It was good. 1st off AC was not working correctly, then the tub back up sewer and they had to move us to a temp room after demanding to move us. After the 3rd room in a day things settled and was good. They promised me a refund for the day but still have not heard back from them

The room was nice. Staff were available and friendly. But my view out of my room was directly into a grocery store. The lights of the store were on all night, and in the morning, there was a drumming session right outside the room.
