Overall nice hotel, could use some updating, everything in the rooms is outdated and the beds aren’t very comfortable. Very nice staff. Parking garage is very narrow so if you have a large car you might want to check it before deciding to park there.

We really enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere of the hotel. We were within a ten minute walk to Eaton Center and public transportation was very accessible. Every morning, we were able to enjoy hot, fresh breakfast items. The rooms are cozy and comfortable; just like staying in a studio.

Seems that no one in this hotel have a smile. Room was not ready at our arrival had to wait ... we where told that they will keep us inform but after 45 minutes waiting ... I just get by the front desk to ask if our room was ready and they say to me that our room was ready about 30 minutes ago !!!! Good breakfast selection but again be prepared to extend money for worker who are asking for tips ! A first! We where asking by an hotel employee ... when are you planning to leave the hotel ? (even if it was only 8h30 in the morning ). Bed are terrible ! Sorry but I am not the kind to write bad review but I thing this hotel as been overestimate!

The hotel staff was very nice and the free breakfast buffet was in a nice little restaurant with good food. On site parking was also a nice plus in such a busy city. The lobby and hallways looked very extravagant but the room itself did not. The room had large windows with a beautiful view but besides that nothing about the room was spectacular. Everything in the room looked worn and outdated from the lighting to the table (which was ruined with scratches). Even the lamp shades had tears and rips. The couch looked older than me and the tv was so small. The lighting was also terrible so you couldn't even get an accurate view of what you looked like in the mirror before you went out if you wanted to. In addition to all this, we were given "a free upgrade" and really excited about it until we realized we were actually just "upgraded" to a smoking room without our consent. The room smelled TERRIBLE, made us smell like smoke everywhere went, and really ruined the experience. Been to much better hotels for less money.

Few blocks from Yonge-Dundas, very convenient to transit: major streetcar line goes right to subway and Chinatown. Hotel staff great, very good breakfast, nice amenities. Definitely go to the rooftop after dark. Get a week TTC pass, explore the city, and come back to comfort: you may have to move the sofa for better tv watching.

Near multiple attractions in Toronto. Clean, safe area. Excellent breakfast

DURING MY STAY I AM ENJOY BREAKFAST AMENITIES CUSTOMER SERVICE THE BEST VERY HELPFUL LOCATED DOWNTOWN WITH ACCESS TO MALL RESTAURANTS , ROOM COMFORTABLE CLEAN ASSESS TO SAUNA AT TOP OF HOTEL OHHHH I ENJOY

Only there two days/nights. Room clean and roomy with plenty of closet space. Good buffet breakfast. Didn't like stairs getting up to hotel.

The view of the city from our room was fantastic, especially at night. Breakfast was always excellent and we had our choice of eating inside the restaurant or an outside patio.

We had a wonderful stay. Everyone was very helpful there. The beds were comfortable, the views of Toronto from our window were gorgeous. The hot tubs on the roof (with views of the city all around) was a highlight. Breakfast got monotonous after a while, but was fine. About a half-mile walk to nearest subway stop but there is a free shuttle service during the day to local sites, which helps. Appreciated the microwave, mini-fridge, dishes, etc.

THE HOTEL WAS VERY NICE EVERYBODY WAS VERY SWEET...

The hotel is in downtown Toronto. The street it is on is not very busy so it was very quiet. It is close to Yonge St and all the main attractions. The main receptionist are super friendly as was all the staff. Some of the furniture is worn down.

The only downfall is parking is ridiculous in Toronto. There is a lot of construction going close by, but walking around the city it seemed like it was everywhere. The staff was very courteous and the rooms stayed clean. Breakfast was pretty good, better than the usual hotel breakfast.

The exterior of the hotel does not reflect the lovely lobby, as windows are dirty and exterior is drab. The lobby is quite nice with fresh flowers and a nice welcoming area to sit. We checked into a double room with 2 queen beds. The room is a nice size with a seating area, and fridge/small kitchen area. The rooms are quite tired, with vertical blinds that don't operate properly, and have several slats that have been replaced over time that are longer/shorter than the others. Beds are adequate, although sheets are pilled and pillows are extremely uncomfortable- hard as a rock. The bathroom was quite small with little space to keep toiletries at hand for getting ready. The attention to clean was missing, as I noticed mold in the corners on the floor near the tub. These details are what make this hotel OK, instead of good. Breakfast was fine, with hot and cold options, although busy at peak hours. The restaurant could easily improve the flow of traffic at the buffet by creating a 2 sided serving table instead of pushed against the railing. Seems like simple fixes by giving attention to the details.

The hotel was a little off the beaten path, but only half a mile from the subway and 1.5 miles from Union station. The hotel had a wonderful staff, and a lovely decor. The free breakfast was very good and run very efficiently. The room had a small kitchen area. The bathroom was a tad small, but fine. The rooftop hottubs were great. I would stay here again.

Overall had a great experience would recommend and i will visit again.

The only reason it didn't get 5 stars all around is the location. While it is very convenient by foot and public transit to everything, the immediate area is not so great. However, for now, until it becomes surrounded by skyscrapers, it also means fantastic views from the rooms and rooftop. We got a great deal on the room online and loved every minute of the rooftop hot tubs, indoor pool, and semi-formal breakfast buffet - they even had soy milk for coffee! Loved it, have already recommended to friends, Toronto is an amazing city, but you won't want to leave the hotel if you stay here.

Our flight to Toronto got in about 7am and we arrived to the hotel at around 8am. We knew it was a long shot but we tried to see if we could check in early. Unfortunately there weren't any 2 bedroom suites available yet. They said they would call us if one became available earlier than the normal check in time. We went to grab some breakfast and walked around downtown and got a call around noon! Upon entering our room on the 17th floor (nice view of the city) there was a weird smell so we opened the windows, it disappeared later in the day. The room was clean but looked a bit dated, and there were some scuffs on the walls (maybe from suitcases) that I thought should've been removed. One bedroom had a queen sized bed the other a king. We took the king, and after sitting on it there was a huge dip in the middle. It was worse when it was time to sleep, I had to put a pillow in the middle and stay on the side so I wouldn't keep rolling down. One weekday morning we went down for the buffet breakfast, only to find out it ends at an earlier time than the weekend! The staff was so nice to give us some plates and still let us help ourselves to the remaining food. Overall it's a great hotel (be it a little dated) with excellent staff, free breakfast, pool and rooftop jacuzzi, and not too far from everything.

Beatiful Hotel. The room was VERY spacious! Felt like a suite. Loved the city view. The only thing I wish I could change is the quality of the pillows.... they were too hard for my taste. Other than that, I highly recommend it. Clean pool and jacuzzi.

Fantastic hotel with great city views. Staff, breakfast, pools, rooftop hot tubs all extremely nice. Would definitely stay here again.
